Pojistn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka by m\u011bla odr\u00e1\u017eet sou\u010det hodnoty v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v n\u00ed m\u00e1te. Ale pozor. Nes\u010d\u00edtejte jen ceny, za kter\u00e9 jste po\u0159\u00eddili vybaven\u00ed p\u0159ed mnoha lety. Pokud jste p\u0159ed deseti lety koupili gau\u010d za 20 tis\u00edc korun, dnes budete na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed obdobn\u00e9ho modelu pot\u0159ebovat v\u00edc pen\u011bz. Proto je pot\u0159eba do poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zapo\u010d\u00edtat dne\u0161n\u00ed, nikoliv historick\u00e9, ceny poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud sjedn\u00e1v\u00e1te novou pojistku, doporu\u010dujeme nastavit o n\u011bco vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stku, kter\u00e1 pokryje inflaci (alespo\u0148 v dvoulet\u00e9m horizontu) a nebudete muset smlouvu hned po roce aktualizovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posuneme se k poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti. Pom\u011brn\u011b snadn\u00e9 to maj\u00ed <strong>majitel\u00e9 byt\u016f<\/strong>, kte\u0159\u00ed se mohou na internetu jednodu\u0161e pod\u00edvat, jak\u00e1 je tr\u017en\u00ed hodnota podobn\u00fdch byt\u016f v okol\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00edce pr\u00e1ce \u010dek\u00e1 majitele dom\u016f. Pokud jste d\u016fm ned\u00e1vno postavili, ur\u010dit\u011b tu\u0161\u00edte, kolik v\u00e1s st\u00e1ly v\u0161echny materi\u00e1ly i pr\u00e1ce (tomu se odborn\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 reproduk\u010dn\u00ed cena). Probl\u00e9m nast\u00e1v\u00e1 ve chv\u00edli, kdy jste si koupili n\u011bjak\u00fd star\u0161\u00ed. Kupn\u00ed cena je v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b domu zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed, proto\u017ee bude extr\u00e9mn\u011b z\u00e1le\u017eet na lokalit\u011b \u2013 a nemus\u00ed v\u016fbec odpov\u00eddat reproduk\u010dn\u00ed cen\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem u majetkov\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je tzv. <strong>podpoji\u0161t\u011bnost<\/strong> \u2013 cena va\u0161eho majetku je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e m\u00e1te uvedeno ve smlouv\u011b. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u0161kody tak m\u016f\u017eete dostat od poji\u0161\u0165ovny a\u017e o des\u00edtky procent m\u00e9n\u011b, ne\u017e kolik budete pot\u0159ebovat na n\u00e1kup nov\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed \u010di opravy. Proto je spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed pojistn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stek a jejich aktualizace tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nav\u00edc v\u00e1m d\u00e1 aktualizace pojistky dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodu: aby poji\u0161\u0165ovny v dne\u0161n\u00edm konkuren\u010dn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed obst\u00e1ly, st\u00e1le sv\u00e9 produkty vylep\u0161uj\u00ed.
