Banka m\u016f\u017ee stanovit cenu ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e je kupn\u00ed. V praxi se budete muset spol\u00e9hat na bl\u00edzk\u00e9, \u017ee v\u00e1m z\u00e1stavu jejich nemovitosti dovol\u00ed a vystav\u00ed se tak riziku jej\u00ed ztr\u00e1ty v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nespl\u00e1cen\u00ed \u00fav\u011bru.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud byste t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem hypot\u00e9ku z\u00edskali, druhou nemovitost m\u016f\u017eete ze z\u00e1stavy vyv\u00e1zat ve chv\u00edli, kdy v\u00e1m na hypot\u00e9ce zb\u00fdv\u00e1 splatit 80 procent, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b 90 procent pro \u017eadatele do 36 let.
