Jednou z nich je i pravideln\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba a kontrola kom\u00ednu. \u017de si na nic takov\u00e9ho nevzpom\u00edn\u00e1te? Neznalost z\u00e1kona ale neomlouv\u00e1. Rad\u011bji si p\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte, kdy je nutn\u00e9 kom\u00edn vy\u010distit a jak \u010dasto zavolat komin\u00edka. Kontrolu kom\u00ednu byste m\u011bli zajistit je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e za\u010dne topn\u00e1 sez\u00f3na.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d je pot\u0159eba kom\u00edn pravideln\u011b kontrolovat?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i pohledu na sv\u016fj d\u016fm si mo\u017en\u00e1 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te, \u017ee kom\u00edn je nev\u00fdznamn\u00e1 v\u011bc, a nen\u00ed d\u016fvod, pro\u010d se v\u011bnovat jeho \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b a kontrole. Opak je ale pravdou. I za jednu topnou sez\u00f3nu se toti\u017e kom\u00edn m\u016f\u017ee po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b zane\u0159\u00e1dit. Co se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t, pokud \u00fadr\u017ebu zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1te? V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee spalujete d\u0159evo a uhl\u00ed, v kom\u00ednu se budou usazovat zbytky nesp\u00e1len\u00e9ho paliva neboli saze. Kdykoliv pak m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k tomu, \u017ee se usazen\u00e9 spaliny v kom\u00ednu <strong>vzn\u00edt\u00ed<\/strong> a <strong>po\u017e\u00e1r se z kom\u00edna roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed<\/strong> a\u017e do obytn\u00fdch prostor\u016f.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kom\u00edn se tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed plynov\u00fdch paliv) <strong>znepr\u016fchodnit<\/strong>. A obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee pokud kou\u0159 nem\u016f\u017ee unikat ven, zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed se v dom\u011b hladina <strong>oxidu uhelnat\u00e9ho<\/strong>. Ten, jak ji\u017e ur\u010dit\u011b v\u00edte, je ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch koncentrac\u00edch \u017eivotu nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd. A je\u0161t\u011b k tomu se zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm kom\u00ednem <strong>protop\u00edte v\u00edc<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se toti\u017e \u00fa\u010dinnost<\/strong> krbu nebo kamen. Plat\u00ed to nap\u0159\u00edklad i pro plynov\u00e9 kotle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud v\u00e1s tyto d\u016fvody k pravideln\u00e9 kontrole kom\u00edna nep\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dily, hod\u00ed se je\u0161t\u011b zm\u00ednit, \u017ee za neproveden\u00ed kontroly m\u016f\u017eete dostat <strong>pokutu a\u017e do v\u00fd\u0161e 10 000 K\u010d.<\/strong> Kdy\u017e v\u00e1m najednou v kom\u00ednu <strong>za\u010dne ho\u0159et<\/strong>, zaplat\u00edte a\u017e <strong>25 000 K\u010d<\/strong>. Poj\u010fme si v tom ud\u011blat po\u0159\u00e1dek jednou prov\u017edy. Spole\u010dn\u00e9 toti\u017e maj\u00ed jen to, \u017ee je oba mus\u00ed <strong>prov\u00e1d\u011bt odborn\u00edk<\/strong> s opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00edm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revize kom\u00ednu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Revize (cel\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem \u201erevize spalinov\u00e9 cesty\u201d) v\u00e1s bude zaj\u00edmat pouze v ur\u010dit\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech. Podle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psp.cz\/sqw\/sbirka.sqw?cz=34&amp;r=2016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky<\/a> mus\u00ed b\u00fdt revize provedena:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><em>p\u0159ed uveden\u00edm nov\u00e9 spalinov\u00e9 cesty do provozu nebo po ka\u017ed\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed \u00faprav\u011b kom\u00ednu,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>p\u0159i zm\u011bn\u011b druhu paliva p\u0159ipojen\u00e9ho spot\u0159ebi\u010de paliv,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>p\u0159ed p\u0159ipojen\u00edm spot\u0159ebi\u010de paliv do nepou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 spalinov\u00e9 cesty,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>p\u0159ed v\u00fdm\u011bnou spot\u0159ebi\u010de paliv s v\u00fdjimkou v\u00fdm\u011bny spot\u0159ebi\u010de stejn\u00e9ho druhu, typu, proveden\u00ed a v\u00fdkonu za podm\u00ednky, \u017ee zp\u016fsobilost spalinov\u00e9 cesty je potvrzena zpr\u00e1vou o proveden\u00ed \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a kontroly spalinov\u00e9 cesty,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>po kom\u00ednov\u00e9m po\u017e\u00e1ru, nebo<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>p\u0159i vzniku trhlin u pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 spalinov\u00e9 cesty, jako\u017e i p\u0159i d\u016fvodn\u00e9m podez\u0159en\u00ed na v\u00fdskyt trhlin u pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 spalinov\u00e9 cesty.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kontrola kom\u00ednu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kontrola<\/strong> je oproti revizi b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm a pravideln\u00fdm \u00fakonem, kter\u00fd je pot\u0159eba prov\u00e1d\u011bt <strong>jednou za rok<\/strong>. To ale neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee byste m\u011bli zanedb\u00e1vat p\u00e9\u010di o kom\u00edn b\u011bhem roku. Vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka toti\u017e ur\u010duje i <strong>frekvenci \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>. Povinnosti pravideln\u00fdch kontrol se obecn\u011b <strong>m\u016f\u017eete vyhnout<\/strong> jen za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee <strong>kom\u00edn nen\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd<\/strong> a z\u00e1rove\u0148 je <strong>zabezpe\u010den\u00fd <\/strong>tak, aby krom\u011b vzduchu ne\u0161lo nic \u201edovnit\u0159 ani ven\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kolik stoj\u00ed revize a kontrola kom\u00ednu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravideln\u00e9 kontroly kom\u00ednu se oproti pokut\u011b nebo n\u00e1klad\u016fm na opravy rozhodn\u011b vyplat\u00ed. Proveden\u00ed mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 revize stoj\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na lokalit\u011b zhruba 2-3 tis\u00edce K\u010d, <strong>se samotnou kontrolou se vejdete i do tis\u00edcovky<\/strong>. Sou\u010dasn\u011b v\u00e1m komin\u00edk m\u016f\u017ee kom\u00edn i <strong>vy\u010distit<\/strong>. V\u011bt\u0161inou za \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ned\u00e1te v\u00edce ne\u017e <strong>400 K\u010d<\/strong>. Pokud si nech\u00e1v\u00e1te kom\u00edn pravideln\u011b kontrolovat a p\u0159esto dojde k po\u017e\u00e1ru, nen\u00ed t\u0159eba se b\u00e1t, \u017ee v\u00e1s poji\u0161\u0165ovna nech\u00e1 na holi\u010dk\u00e1ch \u2013 i pokud <strong>zpr\u00e1va o proveden\u00e9 kontrole<\/strong> p\u0159i pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti vezme za sv\u00e9. Komin\u00edci toti\u017e v\u017edy vystaven\u00e9 doklady po ur\u010ditou dobu archivuj\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d volat komin\u00edka p\u0159ed ka\u017edou topnou sez\u00f3nou<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kom\u00edn si sice m\u016f\u017eete vy\u010distit sami, pokud v tom ale nejste \u00fapln\u011b zdatn\u00ed, je nejrozumn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edt slu\u017eeb profesion\u00e1la. Pokud top\u00edte plynem, komin\u00edka mus\u00edte k \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zavolat v\u017edy.
