Pokud u\u017e jste si d\u0159\u00edve nemovitost pojistili, <strong>nemus\u00edte na za\u010d\u00e1tku realizace svou pojistku nijak m\u011bnit<\/strong>, ani kdy\u017e zasahujete do domu v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem. Jen si ve sv\u00e9 pojistn\u00e9 smlouv\u011b zkontrolujte, \u017ee va\u0161e pojistka kryje i <strong>\u0161kody na stavebn\u00edm materi\u00e1lu<\/strong>. Pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad m\u00e1te u domu po n\u011bjakou dobu slo\u017een\u00e9 tr\u00e1my nebo zateplovac\u00ed panely, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k jejich po\u0161kozen\u00ed, zni\u010den\u00ed nebo odcizen\u00ed. Nekryje va\u0161e pojistka stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1l? Upravte si ji u\u017e p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm rekonstrukce. Hodit se v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee t\u0159eba i roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e1 asistence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nebojte se, \u017ee by v\u00e1m poji\u0161\u0165ovna z va\u0161\u00ed pojistky v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u0161kody <strong>b\u011bhem rekonstrukce <\/strong>odm\u00edtla plnit. I kdyby v\u00e1m z p\u016fvodn\u00edho domku zbyla p\u0159i rekonstrukci jen hrub\u00e1 stavba, poji\u0161\u0165ovna \u0161kody uhrad\u00ed bez jedin\u00e9 v\u00fdjimky.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pozor na neodborn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cesko je n\u00e1rodem kutil\u016f a na pr\u00e1ci <strong>sv\u00e9pomoc\u00ed<\/strong> mnoho majitel\u016f rodinn\u00fdch dom\u016f ned\u00e1 dopustit. Nem\u011bjte ale p\u0159ehnan\u00e9 ambice a velk\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy do rodinn\u00e9ho domu <strong>p\u0159enechte profesion\u00e1l\u016fm<\/strong>. Realizace celkov\u00e9ho zateplen\u00ed p\u0159ece pro laika nen\u00ed tak jednoduch\u00e1 v\u011bc jako p\u0159ivrt\u00e1n\u00ed poli\u010dky. Pozor d\u00e1vejte p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na z\u00e1sahy do rozvod\u016f vody, elekt\u0159iny, plynu, topen\u00ed nebo kom\u00ednu. V ur\u010dit\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech budete pot\u0159ebovat od certifikovan\u00fdch specialist\u016f zajistit je\u0161t\u011b jejich revize.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S vlastnoru\u010dn\u00edm d\u00edlem i \u00fasporou pen\u011bz sice m\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt spokojen\u00ed, ale jen do chv\u00edle, ne\u017e dojde ke \u0161kod\u011b. V\u00fdplatu pojistn\u00e9ho pln\u011bn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee poji\u0161\u0165ovna <strong>odm\u00edtnout<\/strong>, pokud zjist\u00ed, \u017ee \u0161kodu zap\u0159\u00ed\u010dinil <strong>neodborn\u00fd nebo chybn\u00fd<\/strong> stavebn\u00ed technologick\u00fd postup. A\u010dkoliv je v programu Oprav d\u016fm po babi\u010dce va\u0161\u00ed povinnost\u00ed m\u00edt profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed stavebn\u00ed dozor, kter\u00fd by m\u011bl nedostatky \u201cpodchytit\u201d, rad\u011bji se sv\u011b\u0159te do rukou stavebn\u00ed firmy. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1te si, \u017ee i profesion\u00e1l m\u016f\u017ee chybovat a pr\u00e1ci odfl\u00e1knout? Mo\u017en\u00e9 to je, ale v takov\u00e9 situaci se pak m\u016f\u017eete dom\u00e1hat <strong>n\u00e1hrady \u0161kody<\/strong> po n\u011bm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aktualizace pojistn\u00e9 smlouvy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud rekonstruujete, zateplujete a sni\u017eujete energetickou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost domu stavebn\u00edmi \u00fapravami,<strong> zvy\u0161ujete t\u00edm hodnotu<\/strong> domu. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee byste svou pojistnou smlouvu neaktualizovali, svou nemovitost budete m\u00edt takzvan\u011b <strong>podpoji\u0161t\u011bnou<\/strong>. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pln\u011bn\u00ed vyplacen\u00e9 poji\u0161\u0165ovnou by pak <strong>nepokrylo celou hodnotu <\/strong>va\u0161eho domu, kdyby do\u0161lo k jeho zni\u010den\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee se st\u00e1t, \u017ee pln\u011bn\u00ed budou v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u0161kody na podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9m dom\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u011b <strong>kr\u00e1tit<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po rekonstrukci a velk\u00fdch \u00faprav\u00e1ch je <strong>aktualizace smlouvy nutn\u00e1<\/strong>. Sv\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti pak ale nenech\u00e1vejte jen tak le\u017eet. Kontrole smlouvy va\u0161eho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti i dom\u00e1cnosti byste se m\u011bli v\u011bnovat zhruba<strong> ka\u017ed\u00e9 2-3 roky<\/strong>, a to i kdy\u017e jste na d\u016fm ani \u201cnes\u00e1hli\u201d. Hodnota nemovitost\u00ed a stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00e9 byste museli koupit v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u0161kod, se v \u010dase v\u00fdrazn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed.
