V\u00e1\u0161 \u00fav\u011br u nov\u00e9 banky pak spl\u00e1c\u00edte stejn\u011b, jako jste spl\u00e1celi svou p\u016fvodn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ku.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pap\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed kolem refinancov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zm\u011bna banky se nedot\u00fdk\u00e1 jen samotn\u00e9ho spl\u00e1cen\u00ed \u00fav\u011bru, ale tak\u00e9 jeho zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 od v\u00e1s banka p\u0159i poskytnut\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky po\u017eaduje \u2013 tedy z\u00e1stavn\u00ed pr\u00e1vo a poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i refinancov\u00e1n\u00ed je pot\u0159eba<strong> vymazat z\u00e1stavn\u00ed pr\u00e1vo <\/strong>ve prosp\u011bch p\u016fvodn\u00ed banky. To je b\u011b\u017en\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9 prov\u00e9st na z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u0159\u00edslibu banky k vymaz\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1stavn\u00edho pr\u00e1va z katastru nemovitost\u00ed.
