Na ochranu proti v\u0161em t\u011bmto nebezpe\u010d\u00edm je zde pr\u00e1v\u011b poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed rozestav\u011bn\u00e9 stavby.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kdy-a-jak-pojistit-rozestaveny-dum\">Kdy a jak pojistit rozestav\u011bn\u00fd d\u016fm?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed stavby si m\u016f\u017eete sjednat u\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy m\u00e1te <strong>hotov\u00e9 z\u00e1klady domu<\/strong>. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee nem\u016f\u017eete vyu\u017e\u00edt \u010d\u00edslo popisn\u00e9 jako u <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/pojisteni-nemovitosti\/\">poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti<\/a>, ke sjedn\u00e1n\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed si budete muset p\u0159ipravit \u00fadaje o obci, n\u00e1zvu <strong>katastr\u00e1ln\u00edho \u00fazem\u00ed<\/strong> a <strong>\u010d\u00edsle parcely<\/strong>, na n\u011bm\u017e nemovitost stav\u00edte. Tato dv\u011b poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ale funguj\u00ed na stejn\u00fdch principech. Pot\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete ihned <strong>zm\u011bnit poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> rozestav\u011bn\u00e9 stavby za <strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti<\/strong>. To v\u00e1\u0161 d\u016fm bude chr\u00e1nit trvale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b hlavn\u00ed stavby jsou poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 <strong>vedlej\u0161\u00ed stavby <\/strong>(gar\u00e1\u017e, plot ad.) i <strong>stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1l<\/strong>, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad cihly, tv\u00e1rnice nebo tr\u00e1my na krov.
