Pak je nutn\u00e9 se obr\u00e1tit na zru\u010dn\u00e9ho profesion\u00e1la, tedy <strong>pokr\u00fdva\u010de nebo klemp\u00ed\u0159e<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prvn\u00ed pomoc: Co d\u011blat, kdy\u017e v\u00e1m zat\u00e9k\u00e1 do domu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1te podez\u0159en\u00ed \u017ee v\u00e1m zat\u00e9k\u00e1 do st\u0159echy, nevyplat\u00ed se vy\u010dk\u00e1vat. P\u0159i del\u0161\u00edm vystaven\u00ed vlhkosti hroz\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed nejen st\u0159echy, ale i <strong>krovu, om\u00edtky a samotn\u00fdch zd\u00ed<\/strong>. Nejprve ale ochra\u0148te ve\u0161ker\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti, kter\u00e9 by mohlo b\u00fdt vodou po\u0161kozen\u00e9. To se t\u00fdk\u00e1 nejen <strong>elektroniky<\/strong> nebo<strong> oble\u010den\u00ed<\/strong>, ale i sk\u0159\u00edn\u00ed, pohovky, postele a dal\u0161\u00edho <strong>n\u00e1bytku<\/strong>. Unikaj\u00edc\u00ed vodu zachyt\u00e1vejte do <strong>n\u00e1dob<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1te po ruce. Pokud \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b odhal\u00edte ve st\u0159e\u0161e n\u011bjakou net\u011bsnost, kterou zat\u00e9k\u00e1, je rozumn\u00e9 do\u010dasn\u011b zabr\u00e1nit dal\u0161\u00edmu zat\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed <strong>kryc\u00ed plachtou<\/strong>. Ta sice <strong>nezabr\u00e1n\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 vlhkosti<\/strong> v interi\u00e9ru, ale vyhnete se tak alespo\u0148 dal\u0161\u00edm \u201cstuden\u00fdm spr\u0161k\u00e1m\u201d v kapaln\u00e9m skupenstv\u00ed. Plachta mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dob\u0159e p\u0159ipevn\u011bn\u00e1 a m\u011bla by umo\u017enit vod\u011b p\u0159irozen\u011b st\u00e9kat z vrcholu st\u0159echy na zem. Jde o jedno z pojistn\u00fdch nebezpe\u010d\u00ed vedle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/pozor-na-vanocni-pozary\/\">po\u017e\u00e1ru<\/a>, vich\u0159ice, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/jak-resit-vytopeni-bytu\/\">vodovodn\u00edch \u0161kod<\/a>, povodn\u00ed a z\u00e1plav a dal\u0161\u00edch rizik.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed <strong>zate\u010den\u00ed atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch sr\u00e1\u017eek <\/strong>(n\u011bkdy tak\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zate\u010den\u00ed vody) pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 \u0161kody na va\u0161em majetku zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 <strong>de\u0161t\u011bm, sn\u011bhem nebo kroupami<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 nahodile vniknou do va\u0161eho domu nebo bytu. <strong>Nahodilost<\/strong> je zde d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm pojmem. Pokud v\u00e1m toti\u017e pr\u0161\u00ed do podkrov\u00ed kv\u016fli otev\u0159en\u00e9mu st\u0159e\u0161n\u00edmu oknu, s n\u00e1rokem na pln\u011bn\u00ed u v\u011bt\u0161iny poji\u0161\u0165oven neusp\u011bjete. Zate\u010den\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00e1 \u0161koda se toti\u017e p\u0159i jak\u00e9mkoli lehk\u00e9m de\u0161t\u00edku st\u00e1v\u00e1 tak\u0159ka jistotou. Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je tu naopak pro<strong> jednor\u00e1zov\u00e9 \u0161kodn\u00ed ud\u00e1losti<\/strong> zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 t\u0159eba spadlou ta\u0161kou ze st\u0159echy nebo krupobit\u00edm, jejich\u017e n\u00e1sledkem bylo pr\u00e1v\u011b zate\u010den\u00ed vody do interi\u00e9ru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed majetku s rizikem zate\u010den\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017eek v\u00e1s chr\u00e1n\u00ed do sjednan\u00e9ho<strong> limitu pln\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00fd jste sjednali ve smlouv\u011b. \u0160kody na v\u011bcech v dom\u00e1cnosti v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b <strong>zpravidla nep\u0159es\u00e1hnou 50 000 korun<\/strong>, vysta\u010d\u00edte si tedy s limitem pod 100 000 K\u010d. Na jednotliv\u00e1 rizika v\u010detn\u011b tohoto se z\u00e1rove\u0148 sjedn\u00e1v\u00e1 <strong>spolu\u00fa\u010dast<\/strong>. Na n\u00e1hrad\u011b \u0161kody se tedy budete pod\u00edlet ur\u010dit\u00fdm procentem nebo pevnou \u010d\u00e1stkou i vy. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se spolu\u00fa\u010dast sjedn\u00e1v\u00e1 v rozmez\u00ed 1-5 000 korun.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Na co d\u00e1vat pozor, kdy\u017e se chcete pojistit proti zate\u010den\u00ed vody<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U poji\u0161\u0165oven naleznete mo\u017enost pojistit se proti zate\u010den\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017eek v r\u00e1mci <strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed domu a bytu<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/zazimovani-chaty-a-chalupy\/\"><strong>Chaty a chalupy<\/strong><\/a> toti\u017e b\u00fdvaj\u00ed kv\u016fli nepravideln\u00e9mu sez\u00f3nn\u00edmu vyu\u017eit\u00ed i \u201cchatrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed\u201d konstrukci budov pro poji\u0161\u0165ovny <strong>p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rizikov\u00e9<\/strong>. U poji\u0161\u0165ovny tak\u00e9 neusp\u011bjete, pokud je st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed konstrukce pouze <strong>provizorn\u00ed<\/strong>, co\u017e nej\u010dast\u011bji plat\u00ed pro domy ve v\u00fdstavb\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asi v\u00e1s nep\u0159ekvap\u00ed, \u017ee pokud do va\u0161eho domu zate\u010de voda, budete muset st\u0159echu \u010di jin\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00e9 m\u00edsto <strong>opravit ze sv\u00e9ho, <\/strong>proto\u017ee vyplacen\u00e9 pln\u011bn\u00ed slou\u017e\u00ed k n\u00e1hrad\u011b \u0161kod na v\u011bcech zni\u010den\u00fdch zate\u010den\u00edm vody.
