Jak se pop\u00e1len\u00ed vyhnout a jak na o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed pop\u00e1leniny?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejd\u0159\u00edve si ujasn\u011bme, co v\u016fbec pop\u00e1leniny zahrnuj\u00ed. M\u016f\u017eeme tak ozna\u010dit opa\u0159eniny a sp\u00e1leniny vznikl\u00e9 p\u016fsoben\u00edm tepla, srovnateln\u00e9 projevy v\u0161ak maj\u00ed i \u00farazy elektrick\u00fdm proudem, sp\u00e1len\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm p\u0159i opalov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo polept\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00edravinou. Obecn\u011b nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou pop\u00e1lenin je opa\u0159en\u00ed horkou vodou, p\u00e1rou nebo p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm kontaktem se zdrojem tepla (nap\u0159\u00edklad kamny, \u017eehli\u010dkou nebo horkou plotnou), ale nebezpe\u010d\u00ed \u010d\u00edh\u00e1 na ka\u017ed\u00e9m kroku. Velmi mal\u00e9 d\u011bti nejl\u00e9pe ochr\u00e1n\u00edte ohr\u00e1dkou.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hork\u00e9 n\u00e1poje<\/strong> a potraviny v\u010detn\u011b roz\u017ehaven\u00e9ho n\u00e1dob\u00ed nenech\u00e1vejte voln\u011b na stole nebo okraji kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9 linky. V\u00fdsledkem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zrudnut\u00ed, bolest, puch\u00fd\u0159ky, a to ani nebudeme rozeb\u00edrat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nzip.cz\/rejstrikovy-pojem\/5663\" title=\"\u00fa\u017eeh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00fa\u017eeh<\/a>. Kolem poledne tedy rad\u011bji za\u0159i\u010fte d\u00edt\u011bti z\u00e1bavu doma.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mysl\u00edte si, \u017ee zp\u016fsoby pop\u00e1len\u00ed u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch se dramaticky li\u0161\u00ed? Ne tak docela. Uv\u011bdomte si, \u017ee standardy <strong>BOZP<\/strong> jsou tu pro va\u0161e dobro.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>P\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed \u010di pe\u010den\u00ed m\u011bjte v\u017edy po ruce <strong>suchou ut\u011brku nebo ch\u0148apku<\/strong>. P\u0159i manipulaci s hork\u00fdm n\u00e1dob\u00edm toti\u017e mokr\u00e9 textilie poran\u011bn\u00ed nezabr\u00e1n\u00ed. I po va\u0159en\u00ed si m\u016f\u017eete ubl\u00ed\u017eit. Zbytky <strong>hork\u00e9 vody nebo oleje <\/strong>z n\u00e1dob\u00ed nevyl\u00e9vejte ihned, po\u010dkejte na <strong>zchladnut\u00ed<\/strong>, abyste se neopa\u0159ili.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pokud c\u00edt\u00edte<strong> slabost, mal\u00e1tnost nebo silnou \u00fanavu<\/strong>, vyhn\u011bte se va\u0159en\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b, dokud v\u00e1m nebude l\u00e9pe. Z\u00e1vra\u0165 a omdlen\u00ed s rychlovarnou konvic\u00ed v ruce m\u016f\u017ee skon\u010dit velmi ne\u0161\u0165astn\u011b.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stejn\u011b jako d\u011bti byste nem\u011bli tr\u00e1vit na <strong>p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m slunci<\/strong> cel\u00e9 hodiny, a ani krat\u0161\u00ed dobu bez SPF ochrany. Z\u00e1m\u011brn\u00e9 opalov\u00e1n\u00ed zdrav\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee nesv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed, ale nez\u00e1m\u011brn\u00e9 <strong>sp\u00e1len\u00ed <\/strong>je je\u0161t\u011b k tomu velmi bolestiv\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K otev\u0159en\u00e9mu ohni v\u017edy p\u0159istupujte s respektem. U plynov\u00e9ho va\u0159i\u010de nebo t\u00e1bor\u00e1ku dejte pozor nejen na p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd kontakt s plamenem, ale tak\u00e9 na vhodn\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed a \u00fa\u010desy. Rozevl\u00e1t\u00e9 ruk\u00e1vy a rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 vlasy u ohn\u011b? Rad\u011bji ne.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak vypadaj\u00ed pop\u00e1leniny 1., 2. a 3. stupn\u011b?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kategorizace do stup\u0148\u016f odli\u0161uje jak z\u00e1va\u017enost po\u0161kozen\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u00ed, tak i p\u016fsoben\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 teploty nebo zdroje. Pop\u00e1leniny d\u011bl\u00edme celkem do 4 stup\u0148\u016f, ale v\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee se s pop\u00e1leninami 4. stupn\u011b nikdy nesetk\u00e1te, sezn\u00e1m\u00edme se proto jen s 3 m\u00e9n\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdmi stupni pop\u00e1lenin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pop\u00e1leniny 1. stupn\u011b<\/strong> jsou ty nejm\u00e9n\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9, o nic p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9ho ale nejde. Charakteristick\u00e9 je <strong>zrudnut\u00ed<\/strong>, <strong>otok<\/strong> posti\u017een\u00e9ho m\u00edsta a <strong>bolestivost<\/strong> na dotek. Spad\u00e1 sem i dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m\u00e9 sp\u00e1len\u00ed od slunce. Hojen\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 nekomplikovan\u00e9 a rychl\u00e9 v \u0159\u00e1du dn\u016f, proto\u017ee pop\u00e1len\u00ed neprostupuje pod samotnou svrchn\u00ed vrstvu k\u016f\u017ee (epidermis). Nezanech\u00e1v\u00e1 tedy ani \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 jizvy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pop\u00e1leniny 2. stupn\u011b <\/strong>jsou podobn\u011b jako u 1. stupn\u011b prov\u00e1zeny<strong> zrudnut\u00edm a intenzivn\u00ed bolest\u00ed<\/strong>, tvo\u0159\u00ed se ale nav\u00edc <strong>puch\u00fd\u0159ky<\/strong>. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee tento typ pop\u00e1leniny zasahuje nejen epidermis, ale i <strong>\u0161k\u00e1ru<\/strong> (dermis) pod n\u00ed, hojen\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 del\u0161\u00ed. U povrchov\u00fdch pop\u00e1lenin 2. stupn\u011b se uv\u00e1d\u00ed zpravidla 2 t\u00fddny. Pokud je posti\u017een\u00e1 hlub\u0161\u00ed vrstva \u0161k\u00e1ry a m\u00edsto je nejen zrudl\u00e9, ale tak\u00e9 <strong>b\u011blav\u00e9<\/strong>, m\u016f\u017ee se l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed prot\u00e1hnout na 6 t\u00fddn\u016f.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pop\u00e1leniny 3. stupn\u011b <\/strong>jsou ji\u017e v\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 po\u0161kozen\u00ed <strong>epidermis a dermis<\/strong> v\u010detn\u011b lok\u00e1ln\u00edho <strong>krevn\u00edho z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> t\u011bchto vrstev k\u016f\u017ee, co\u017e je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nekr\u00f3zy, jinak tak\u00e9 \u0159e\u010deno odum\u0159en\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b. M\u00edsto je <strong>b\u00edl\u00e9 a\u017e \u0161edav\u00e9<\/strong> a kv\u016fli po\u0161kozen\u00ed receptor\u016f a nerv\u016f ani nemus\u00ed bolet, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zr\u00e1dn\u00e9. Hod\u00ed se proto v\u011bd\u011bt, jak na to, kdybyste se pr\u00e1v\u011b vy n\u011bkdy ocitli v situaci o\u0161et\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edho. V\u017edy ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b m\u011bjte v pam\u011bti, \u017ee byste se nem\u011bli snahou pomoci sami dostat do nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch situac\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prvn\u00ed pomoc u men\u0161\u00ed pop\u00e1leniny 1. a 2. stupn\u011b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se jedn\u00e1 o pop\u00e1leniny 1. a 2. stupn\u011b, zvolte n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed postup:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Odstra\u0148te <strong>zdroj tepla<\/strong> z bl\u00edzkosti posti\u017een\u00e9ho nebo posti\u017een\u00e9ho odve\u010fte do bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho m\u00edsta (ze slunce, od ohn\u011b apod.).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Pokud je pop\u00e1len\u00ed pod od\u011bvem, nap\u0159\u00edklad hork\u00fdm od va\u0159\u00edc\u00ed vody nebo sp\u00e1len\u00fdm od ohn\u011b, opatrn\u011b <strong>oble\u010den\u00ed sundejte<\/strong>. Stejn\u011b tak z pop\u00e1len\u00e9ho m\u00edsta jemn\u011b odstra\u0148te p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 <strong>\u0161perky<\/strong>. Opatrnost je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 nejen pro komfort pop\u00e1len\u00e9ho, ale tak\u00e9 pro p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 zamezen\u00ed str\u017een\u00ed p\u0159ip\u00e1len\u00e9ho od\u011bvu ke k\u016f\u017ei.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Chla\u010fte pop\u00e1len\u00e9 m\u00edsto <strong>proudem studen\u00e9 vody <\/strong>v umyvadle \u010di spr\u0161e, nikdy v\u0161ak p\u0159\u00edmo ledem. Vodu pou\u0161t\u011bjte klidn\u011b 10 a v\u00edce minut, pokud je st\u00e1le m\u00edsto bolestiv\u00e9. Studen\u00e1 voda (kolem 5-8 \u00b0C) dob\u0159e <strong>zabr\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed tepla<\/strong> a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed pop\u00e1leniny do v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hloubky i rozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00ed plochy k\u016f\u017ee. Pop\u00e1leninu je mo\u017en\u00e9 zakr\u00fdt nep\u0159ilnav\u00fdm steriln\u00edm obvazem, pokud ho m\u00e1te po ruce, <strong>vyvarujte se <\/strong>ale aplikaci \u201c<strong>dom\u00e1c\u00edch poklad\u016f<\/strong>\u201d na r\u00e1nu.
