Pokud ale chcete z jak\u00e9hokoliv d\u016fvodu hypot\u00e9ku splatit p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b a vyhnout se placen\u00ed desetitis\u00edcov\u00fdch sankc\u00ed, po\u0159\u00e1d v\u00e1m p\u00e1r mo\u017enost\u00ed zb\u00fdv\u00e1. Krom\u011b <strong>\u201c\u00fa\u010deln\u011b vynalo\u017een\u00fdch administrativn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f<\/strong>\u201d v <strong>maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161i 1 000 korun<\/strong> se nav\u00edc banka m\u016f\u017ee hojit na v\u00e1mi u\u0161et\u0159en\u00fdch<strong> \u00faroc\u00edch<\/strong>, a to do v\u00fd\u0161e <strong>1 % p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b splacen\u00e9 jistiny<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve v\u00fdsledku to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee za \u00fat\u011bk s hypot\u00e9kou k jin\u00e9 bance, kter\u00fd by v\u00e1s d\u0159\u00edve vy\u0161el na p\u00e1r stovek, nyn\u00ed d\u00e1te t\u0159eba vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed des\u00edtky tis\u00edc korun v z\u00e1vislosti na zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161i \u00fav\u011bru. Nemus\u00ed tomu tak ale b\u00fdt v\u017edy, kdy\u017e si vyberete spr\u00e1vnou chv\u00edli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9 splacen\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky v\u00fdhodn\u011b: Jak\u00e9 m\u00e1te mo\u017enosti?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1te tzv. hypot\u00e9ku s <strong>pohyblivou (floatovou) sazbou<\/strong>, poplatky za p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9 splacen\u00ed v\u00e1s za \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed tr\u00e1pit nemus\u00ed. V\u017edy je toti\u017e mo\u017en\u00e9 z\u016fstatek hypot\u00e9ky splatit <strong>bez jak\u00fdchkoliv poplatk\u016f<\/strong>, pokud<strong> nen\u00ed \u00farokov\u00e1 sazba fixovan\u00e1<\/strong>.
