Toto riziko je proto tak\u00e9 jednou z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. \u0158ekneme v\u00e1m o n\u011bm v\u0161e, co mus\u00edte v\u011bd\u011bt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zlomen\u00e1 ruka v drtiv\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm ne\u0161t\u011bst\u00edm. Nemus\u00ed tomu tak ale b\u00fdt v\u017edy. M\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt o jednu \u0161patn\u011b postavenou k\u016fstku, p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed nerv\u016f nebo \u0161lach a s\u00e1dra k n\u00e1prav\u011b nebude sta\u010dit. A podobn\u011b je tomu v dal\u0161\u00edch tis\u00edcovk\u00e1ch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, s nimi\u017e dok\u00e1\u017ee pomoci poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed trval\u00fdch n\u00e1sledk\u016f \u00farazu. Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed trval\u00fdch n\u00e1sledk\u016f je proto spole\u010dn\u011b s <strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm invalidity<\/strong>,<strong> smrti<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/pojisteni-nemoci-jak-a-proc-si-pojistit-zavazna-onemocneni\/\"><strong>z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong><\/a> jednou z nejz\u00e1sadn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, respektive \u00farazov\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co jsou trval\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky \u00farazu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako trval\u00e9 ozna\u010dujeme takov\u00e9 po\u00farazov\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky, kter\u00e9 i p\u0159i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 volb\u011b l\u00e9\u010dby nemiz\u00ed. Po\u0161kozen\u00ed nen\u00ed p\u0159echodn\u00e9 a nezlep\u0161uje se. Za trval\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky se pova\u017euj\u00ed takov\u00e9 <strong>nezvratn\u00e9<\/strong> indispozice, kter\u00e9 p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00ed <strong>jeden a\u017e t\u0159i roky od \u00farazu<\/strong>. P\u0159\u00edkladem uve\u010fme omezen\u00ed hybnosti kon\u010detin \u010di prst\u016f, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed zrakov\u00e9 ostrosti nebo z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed zorn\u00e9ho pole. V t\u011bch <strong>nejz\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech<\/strong> je n\u00e1sledek ozna\u010dov\u00e1n jako <strong>trval\u00fd i d\u0159\u00edve ne\u017e za rok<\/strong>. M\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt nap\u0159\u00edklad o ztr\u00e1tu org\u00e1n\u016f \u010di kon\u010detin, prokazateln\u00e9 poru\u0161en\u00ed m\u00edchy a podobn\u011b. U takov\u00fdch n\u00e1sledk\u016f \u00farazu je jednozna\u010dn\u011b z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee k jejich zlep\u0161en\u00ed nedojde.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak funguje poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed trval\u00fdch n\u00e1sledk\u016f \u00farazu&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V r\u00e1mci \u017eivotn\u00edho \u010di \u00farazov\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed se toto d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed p\u0159ipoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed sjedn\u00e1v\u00e1 s ur\u010dit\u00fdmi pojistn\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1stkami a rozsahy od <strong>leh\u010d\u00edch t\u011blesn\u00fdch po\u0161kozen\u00ed a od z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch po\u0161kozen\u00ed<\/strong>. Rozli\u0161uj\u00ed se toti\u017e dv\u011b varianty: od <strong>0,001 % (p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b 0,01 %, 0,5 % nebo 1 %)<\/strong> t\u011blesn\u00e9ho po\u0161kozen\u00ed a d\u00e1le od <strong>10 %<\/strong> t\u011blesn\u00e9ho po\u0161kozen\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1 smysl <strong>sjednat ob\u011b zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 varianty<\/strong>, proto\u017ee nap\u0159\u00edklad omezen\u00ed hybnosti p\u00e1te\u0159e nebo svalov\u00e1 atrofie po \u00farazu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi limituj\u00edc\u00ed, ale jedn\u00e1 se st\u00e1le o t\u011blesn\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by poji\u0161\u0165ovna ohodnotila na jednotky procent. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z t\u011bchto variant se poji\u0161\u0165uje s <strong>vlastn\u00ed pojistnou \u010d\u00e1stkou<\/strong>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e1 po\u0161kozen\u00ed by m\u011bla b\u00fdt poji\u0161t\u011bna na vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stku ne\u017e ta leh\u010d\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 plat\u00ed, \u017ee u z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch t\u011blesn\u00fdch po\u0161kozen\u00ed se \u010d\u00e1stky v obou variant\u00e1ch s\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud v\u00e1s zaj\u00edm\u00e1, jak poji\u0161\u0165ovna hodnot\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 po\u00farazov\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky, v\u017edy v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee nahl\u00e9dnut\u00ed do tzv. <strong>oce\u0148ovac\u00edch tabulek<\/strong>. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 poji\u0161\u0165ovna vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 svou oce\u0148ovac\u00ed tabulku, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1m napov\u00ed, jak\u00e9 procento z celkov\u00e9 pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky poji\u0161\u0165ovna vyplat\u00ed p\u0159i uzn\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1roku.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010casto tak\u00e9 naraz\u00edte na pojem, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt \u00fapln\u011b jasn\u00fd: poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed trval\u00fdch n\u00e1sledk\u016f s <strong>progresivn\u00edm pln\u011bn\u00edm<\/strong>, zkr\u00e1cen\u011b jen pln\u011bn\u00ed s <strong>progres\u00ed<\/strong>. Progrese toti\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pojistn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka se za smluven\u00fdch podm\u00ednek n\u00e1sob\u00ed. Setk\u00e1te se s progres\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad trojn\u00e1sobnou, p\u011btin\u00e1sobnou i desetin\u00e1sobnou. Sjedn\u00e1n\u00ed progrese lze jen doporu\u010dit. Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed se sjedn\u00e1n\u00edm progrese m\u00edrn\u011b zdra\u017e\u00ed, ale v\u00fdsledn\u00e1 vyplacen\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti se oproti z\u00e1kladn\u00edmu (line\u00e1rn\u00edmu) pln\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdy m\u00e1te n\u00e1rok na pln\u011bn\u00ed z poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed trval\u00fdch n\u00e1sledk\u016f \u00farazu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O pln\u011bn\u00ed z va\u0161eho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed trval\u00fdch n\u00e1sledk\u016f \u00farazu ne\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1te ihned pot\u00e9, co v\u00e1s nenad\u00e1l\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed potk\u00e1. \u010cek\u00e1 se toti\u017e <strong>zpravidla rok<\/strong>, ne\u017e dojde k <strong>ust\u00e1len\u00ed stavu<\/strong>, resp. ne\u017e je stav kone\u010dn\u00fd. Ve chv\u00edli, kdy hl\u00e1s\u00edte n\u00e1rok poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b, dokl\u00e1d\u00e1te tak\u00e9 l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy z pr\u016fb\u011bhu l\u00e9\u010dby a rehabilitace, a to v\u010detn\u011b aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch zpr\u00e1v, kter\u00e9 prokazuj\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 \u201cn\u00e1rok na trval\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozor d\u00e1vejte tak\u00e9 na to, abyste se o pln\u011bn\u00ed nep\u0159ihl\u00e1sili p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pozd\u011b, u v\u011bt\u0161iny poji\u0161\u0165oven mus\u00edte pojistnou ud\u00e1lost nahl\u00e1sit nejpozd\u011bji do<strong> 3 let od data \u00farazu<\/strong>. Hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti zvl\u00e1dnete jednodu\u0161e na webu sv\u00e9 poji\u0161\u0165ovny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdy\u017e teprve poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed sjedn\u00e1v\u00e1te<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud si teprve zji\u0161\u0165ujete, jak poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed trval\u00fdch n\u00e1sledk\u016f \u00farazu funguje a jak si dob\u0159e vybrat, myslete p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky. Pro <strong>leh\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1sledky<\/strong> (od 0,001 procenta t\u011blesn\u00e9ho po\u0161kozen\u00ed) se doporu\u010duje pojistn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka ve v\u00fd\u0161i alespo\u0148 <strong>400 000 K\u010d<\/strong>, <strong>t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1sledky<\/strong> by pak m\u011bly b\u00fdt poji\u0161t\u011bny minim\u00e1ln\u011b na<strong> 600 000 K\u010d<\/strong>.
