M\u00e1 jen v\u00fdhody, nebo se na n\u00ed najde i p\u00e1r nev\u00fdhod? V\u0161e, co mus\u00edte v\u011bd\u011bt, ne\u017e se pro indexaci rozhodnete, v\u00e1m shrneme v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 u\u017e jste sly\u0161eli, \u017ee poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed majetku, tedy va\u0161e smlouvy k <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/pojisteni-nemovitosti\/\">poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/pojisteni-domacnosti\/\">poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti<\/a>, byste m\u011bli pravideln\u011b aktualizovat. Kv\u016fli <strong>inflaci a zhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed nemovitost\u00ed<\/strong> se toti\u017e m\u016f\u017ee snadno st\u00e1t, \u017ee v\u00e1m pojistn\u00e1 smlouva sjednan\u00e1 p\u0159ed n\u011bkolika lety p\u0159i pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti tak\u0159ka v\u016fbec nepom\u016f\u017ee, proto\u017ee budete tzv. <strong>podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>. Pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159ed t\u00edm by v\u00e1s indexace pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky m\u011bla uchr\u00e1nit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je indexace pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Indexace<\/strong> (p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b tak\u00e9 <strong>valorizace<\/strong> pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky) v <strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed majetku<\/strong> (ale t\u0159eba tak\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci investi\u010dn\u00edho \u017eivotn\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed) vyjad\u0159uje <strong>nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky<\/strong>. Jedn\u00e1 se tedy v podstat\u011b o <strong>pravidelnou a automatickou aktualizaci <\/strong>nastaven\u00ed va\u0161\u00ed smlouvy v poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b, na kterou byste jinak m\u011bli myslet sami. Indexace byla v minulosti velmi roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e1 a za\u010dalo se od n\u00ed upou\u0161t\u011bt, kv\u016fli <strong>\u0161iroce roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9mu podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> se ale op\u011bt vrac\u00ed na v\u00fdslun\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indexace se uplat\u0148uje<strong> v pravideln\u00e9m intervalu<\/strong>, tud\u00ed\u017e jednou za rok \u010di v\u00edce let v\u00e1m poji\u0161\u0165ovna dle sjednan\u00e9ho nastaven\u00ed indexace o ur\u010dit\u00fd po\u010det procent nav\u00fd\u0161\u00ed pojistnou \u010d\u00e1stku. Pokud hled\u00e1te vod\u00edtko, podle n\u011bho\u017e poji\u0161\u0165ovna pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky navy\u0161uje, v\u011bzte, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161inou se jedn\u00e1 o indexy \u010cS\u00da &#8211; index sleduj\u00edc\u00ed inflaci (<a href=\"https:\/\/csu.gov.cz\/inflace-spotrebitelske-ceny?pocet=10&amp;start=0&amp;podskupiny=012&amp;razeni=-datumVydani\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>index spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fdch cen<\/strong><\/a>) se uplat\u0148uje v <strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti<\/strong>,<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/csu.gov.cz\/produkty\/indexy-cen-stavebnich-praci-indexy-cen-stavebnich-del-a-indexy-nakladu-stavebni-vyroby-ctvrtletni-casove-rady-1-ctvrtleti-2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>index cen stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>pak u <strong>nemovitost\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indexace ano nebo ne?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Indexace je n\u00e1stroj poji\u0161\u0165oven pro <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed va\u0161\u00ed ochrany<\/strong>. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed majetku m\u00e1 rozhodn\u011b sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto, proto\u017ee cena nemovitost\u00ed i vybaven\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti <strong>neust\u00e1le stoup\u00e1<\/strong> &#8211; a to nav\u00edc <strong>rychl\u00fdm tempem<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e1 ani nest\u00edh\u00e1te sledovat. D\u00edky indexaci by se tak v ide\u00e1ln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b nem\u011blo st\u00e1t, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 d\u016fm bude podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd. Ov\u0161em indexy \u010cS\u00da, podle nich\u017e se nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1, <strong>nemus\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b kop\u00edrovat r\u016fst hodnoty nemovitost\u00ed<\/strong>,<strong> <\/strong>respektive jejich tr\u017en\u00ed cenu. Proto byste nem\u011bli na v\u00fdpo\u010dty poji\u0161\u0165ovny<strong> pln\u011b spol\u00e9hat<\/strong> a jednou za \u010das si <strong>porovnat sjednanou pojistnou \u010d\u00e1stku<\/strong> nap\u0159\u00edklad s <strong>cenovou mapou nemovitost\u00ed<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud si sjedn\u00e1te smlouvu s automatickou indexac\u00ed, spole\u010dn\u011b s pojistn\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1stkami se v\u00e1m <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed tak\u00e9 p\u0159edepsan\u00e9 pojistn\u00e9<\/strong>. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee s nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky a pojistn\u00e9ho nesouhlas\u00edte, nemus\u00edte ale n\u00e1vrh poji\u0161\u0165ovny p\u0159ij\u00edmat. Sv\u016fj <strong>nesouhlas<\/strong> mus\u00edte ale poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b ozn\u00e1mit v souladu s pojistn\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami &#8211; nej\u010dast\u011bji p\u00edsemn\u011b <strong>do 30 dn\u016f od ozn\u00e1men\u00ed nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed ceny<\/strong>. Stejn\u011b tak m\u016f\u017eete v pr\u016fb\u011bhu trv\u00e1n\u00ed smlouvy v\u017edy <strong>indexaci zru\u0161it<\/strong>, nebo <strong>naopak do smlouvy op\u011bt p\u0159idat<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdy indexace nepom\u016f\u017ee?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Indexace v\u00e1m bude dob\u0159e slou\u017eit jen za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee p\u016fvodn\u00ed pojistn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka je <strong>adekv\u00e1tn\u011b nastaven\u00e1<\/strong> a do poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed <strong>nevstupujete s p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzkou \u010d\u00e1stkou<\/strong>. I p\u0159es pr\u016fb\u011b\u017enou indexaci byste toti\u017e byli <strong>podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 <strong>pln\u011bn\u00ed z pojistky<\/strong> by se v\u00e1m mohlo <strong>kr\u00e1tit<\/strong>. Jakto? Tolerance rozd\u00edlu pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky a skute\u010dn\u00e9 hodnoty je v pojistn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch nej\u010dast\u011bji <strong>stanovena na 20 %<\/strong>, ale ani pravideln\u00e1 indexace markantn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl nedo\u017eene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bzte, \u017ee indexace pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky za v\u00e1s <strong>vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed b\u011b\u017enou aktualizaci poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>, ale <strong>nen\u00ed v\u0161emocn\u00e1<\/strong>. Nejde toti\u017e jen o nastaven\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky, ale tak\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch rizik a v neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b i podm\u00ednky pln\u011bn\u00ed &#8211; a ty b\u00fdvaj\u00ed v nov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch produktech poji\u0161\u0165oven pro klienty p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nechce se v\u00e1m do revize pojistn\u00e9 smlouvy na vlastn\u00ed p\u011bst?
