Mezi n\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad nebezpe\u010d\u00ed<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/nejcastejsi-priciny-pozaru-v-domacnosti-a-jak-jim-predejit\/\"><strong>po\u017e\u00e1ru<\/strong><\/a><strong>, vich\u0159ice, v\u00fdbuchu, \u00faderu blesku, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/jak-ochranit-elektroniku-pred-zkratem-a-prepetim-nebezpeci-ciha-i-mimo-bourkovou-sezonu\/\"><strong>zkratu a p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed<\/strong><\/a><strong>, kr\u00e1de\u017ee a vandalismu<\/strong> a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pro v\u00e1\u0161 d\u016fm \u010di byt p\u0159edstavuje voda. Vyznat se v nich m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 &#8211; naraz\u00edte toti\u017e na riziko<strong> povodn\u011b a z\u00e1plavy<\/strong>, <strong>vodovodn\u00edch \u0161kod <\/strong>nebo t\u0159eba <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/co-delat-kdyz-vam-zateka-do-domu-prvni-pomoc-a-jak-se-pojistit\/\"><strong>zate\u010den\u00ed atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch sr\u00e1\u017eek<\/strong><\/a>. Pr\u00e1v\u011b na povode\u0148 a z\u00e1plavu se nyn\u00ed pod\u00edv\u00e1me detailn\u011bji.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jaky-je-rozdil-mezi-povodni-a-zaplavou\">Jak\u00fd je rozd\u00edl mezi povodn\u00ed a z\u00e1plavou?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jde o velmi \u00fazce spojen\u00e1 rizika, kter\u00e1 se v poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed objevuj\u00ed spole\u010dn\u011b v \u201cjednom bal\u00edku\u201d. A\u010dkoliv jejich ni\u010div\u00fd v\u00fdsledek m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt stejn\u00fd, rozd\u00edl mezi nimi p\u0159edstavuje <strong>p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina vzniku<\/strong>. Za <strong>povode\u0148 (\u010di tak\u00e9 potopu)<\/strong> se ozna\u010duje<strong> <\/strong>zaplaven\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 oblasti <strong>vodou vylitou z \u0159ek<\/strong>, jin\u00fdch vodn\u00edch tok\u016f nebo vodn\u00edch d\u011bl, a\u0165 u\u017e k vylit\u00ed vody do\u0161lo nap\u0159\u00edklad protr\u017een\u00edm hr\u00e1ze, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm hladiny \u0159eky nebo jin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oproti tomu<strong> z\u00e1plava<\/strong> ozna\u010duje zaplaven\u00ed oblasti vodou <strong>v d\u016fsledku de\u0161\u0165\u016f<\/strong>, a to jak intenzivn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edvalov\u00fdch, tak dlouhotrvaj\u00edc\u00edch. P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u0161kodn\u00edch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed p\u0159i z\u00e1plav\u011b p\u0159itom m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt <strong>nejen d\u00e9\u0161\u0165 samotn\u00fd<\/strong>, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad tak\u00e9 <strong>nedostate\u010dn\u00fd odvod sr\u00e1\u017eek<\/strong> nap\u0159\u00edklad z kanalizace.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"povoden-a-zaplava-co-vedet-o-pojisteni\">Povode\u0148 a z\u00e1plava: Co v\u011bd\u011bt o poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed povodn\u011b a z\u00e1plavy si m\u016f\u017eete sjednat v <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/pojisteni-nemovitosti\/\"><strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/pojisteni-domacnosti\/\"><strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti<\/strong><\/a>. Zat\u00edmco poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti kryje <strong>samotnou stavbu<\/strong> a pevn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1sti (nap\u0159\u00edklad zdi, st\u0159echu, podlahy ad.), poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti chr\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>vnit\u0159n\u00ed vybaven\u00ed va\u0161eho domova<\/strong>. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee povode\u0148 \u010di z\u00e1plava m\u016f\u017ee po\u0161kodit a\u017e zcela zni\u010dit jak dom\u00e1cnost, tak nemovitost, rozhodn\u011b by se v kvalitn\u00ed pojistce majetku m\u011blo toto riziko objevit. Ale ka\u017ed\u00e9 pravidlo m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 v\u00fdjimky.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se va\u0161e nemovitost nach\u00e1z\u00ed <strong>daleko od vodn\u00edch tok\u016f<\/strong>, <strong>na kopci<\/strong> a je\u0161t\u011b k tomu t\u0159eba <strong>m\u00e1te byt v horn\u00edch patrech<\/strong>, poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed povodn\u011b a z\u00e1plavy pro v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt <strong>zbyte\u010dn\u00e9<\/strong>. Pro ochranu p\u0159ed vodn\u00edm \u017eivlem v\u00e1m pak bude pln\u011b dosta\u010dovat poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed <strong>zate\u010den\u00ed atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch sr\u00e1\u017eek<\/strong> a poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<strong> vodovodn\u00edch \u0161kod<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 pom\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti v r\u00e1mci poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed majetku, tedy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/jak-resit-vytopeni-bytu\/\"><strong>vytopen\u00ed<\/strong><\/a> v d\u016fsledku praskl\u00fdch hadi\u010dek. Je ale nutn\u00e9 dob\u0159e zv\u00e1\u017eit v\u0161echna rizika, kter\u00e1 hroz\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b va\u0161\u00ed nemovitosti &#8211; voda se m\u016f\u017ee vyl\u00edt i ze zatopen\u00fdch pol\u00ed \u010di kanalizace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u016f\u017ee se tak\u00e9 st\u00e1t, \u017ee o <strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed povodn\u011b a z\u00e1plavy opravdu stoj\u00edte<\/strong>, ale nepoda\u0159\u00ed se v\u00e1m ho <strong>sjednat v\u016fbec<\/strong>, nebo bude jeho<strong> cena bez nads\u00e1zky omra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed<\/strong>. To je \u010dast\u00fd povzdech majitel\u016f nemovitost\u00ed v <strong>3.-4. povod\u0148ov\u00fdch z\u00f3n\u00e1ch<\/strong>, respektive v oblastech s vysok\u00fdm rizikem povodn\u00ed. Zkr\u00e1tka a dob\u0159e, pokud je pravd\u011bpodobnost pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti vysok\u00e1, poji\u0161\u0165ovna se bude cht\u00edt sama ochr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed tak\u0159ka jistou v\u00fdplatou mnohamilionov\u00e9ho pln\u011bn\u00ed. A to plat\u00ed jak pro rodinn\u00e9 domy, tak t\u0159eba i chaty a chalupy. Nenach\u00e1z\u00ed se v\u00e1\u0161 majetek v n\u011bkter\u00e9 rizikov\u00e9 povod\u0148ov\u00e9 z\u00f3n\u011b? Zkontrolujte si to na<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.edpp.cz\/online-povodnova-mapa-cr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>elektronick\u00e9 povod\u0148ov\u00e9 map\u011b<\/strong><\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"co-vse-vam-pojistovna-z-pojisteni-povodne-a-zaplavy-uhradi\">Co v\u0161e v\u00e1m poji\u0161\u0165ovna z poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed povodn\u011b a z\u00e1plavy uhrad\u00ed?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1te poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd samotn\u00fd d\u016fm i vybaven\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti, m\u016f\u017eete po\u010d\u00edtat s t\u00edm, \u017ee poji\u0161\u0165ovna v\u00e1m pokryje n\u00e1klady jak na opravu \u010di znovupo\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed movit\u00e9ho majetku v\u010detn\u011b zni\u010den\u00e9ho n\u00e1bytku, elektroniky nebo oble\u010den\u00ed, tak i po\u0161kozen\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed samotn\u00e9 stavby.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomoc poji\u0161\u0165ovny nicm\u00e9n\u011b nespo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 pouze v \u00fahrad\u011b <strong>samotn\u00fdch vznikl\u00fdch \u0161kod na hmotn\u00e9m majetku<\/strong>. M\u016f\u017ee pokr\u00fdt i <strong>n\u00e1klady na vysou\u0161en\u00ed a vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed <\/strong>stavby, <strong>\u00faklid odpadu<\/strong> a sut\u011b nebo p\u0159echodn\u00e9 <strong>n\u00e1hradn\u00ed ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jak-nahlasit-skodu-zpusobenou-povodni-a-zaplavou-pojistovne\">Jak nahl\u00e1sit \u0161kodu zp\u016fsobenou povodn\u00ed a z\u00e1plavou poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Plat\u00ed, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zasa\u017een\u00ed va\u0161eho majetku byste m\u011bli sv\u00e9pomoc\u00ed zajistit, aby nedo\u0161lo k <strong>roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed \u010di zhor\u0161en\u00ed \u0161kod<\/strong>. Ov\u0161em \u010dasto sami proti \u017eivlu nevyhrajete. \u0160kody v d\u016fsledku povodn\u00ed a z\u00e1plav zpravidla pat\u0159\u00ed k t\u011bm z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a k likvidaci \u0161kod poji\u0161\u0165ovny proto p\u0159istupuj\u00ed s n\u00e1le\u017eitou pe\u010dlivost\u00ed. Pokud bude toto pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00e1\u0161 p\u0159\u00edpad, neza\u010dn\u011bte hned v panice d\u016fm vykl\u00edzet, ale nejprve <strong>ve\u0161ker\u00e9 \u0161kody d\u016fsledn\u011b zdokumentujte<\/strong>. Jak zevrubn\u00e1 fotodokumentace, tak t\u0159eba i video v\u00e1m v komunikaci s poji\u0161\u0165ovnou velmi pom\u016f\u017ee.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nahl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed \u0161kody poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b neodkl\u00e1dejte.<\/strong> A\u0165 u\u017e hodl\u00e1te nahla\u0161ovat pojistnou ud\u00e1lost osobn\u011b na pobo\u010dce, telefonicky nebo t\u0159eba online na webu poji\u0161\u0165ovny, p\u0159ipravte si <strong>\u010d\u00edslo pojistn\u00e9 smlouvy, hrub\u00fd popis a odhad \u0161kod<\/strong> a likvidace pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti m\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00edt. Pokud poji\u0161\u0165ovna pot\u0159ebuje v\u00edce informac\u00ed, m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo nechat nemovitost prohl\u00e9dnout sv\u00fdm pracovn\u00edkem (likvid\u00e1torem), tak\u017ee je\u0161t\u011b neza\u010d\u00ednejte s odkl\u00edzen\u00edm &#8211; likvid\u00e1tor by m\u011bl vid\u011bt nap\u00e1chan\u00e9 \u0161kody \u201cv cel\u00e9 sv\u00e9 kr\u00e1se\u201d. Sou\u010dasn\u011b se hod\u00ed p\u0159ipravit si faktury a \u00fa\u010dtenky k po\u0161kozen\u00fdm v\u011bcem, pokud je m\u00e1te. Pojistit se v tento moment v\u00e1m u\u017e bohu\u017eel nepom\u016f\u017ee, proto\u017ee poji\u0161\u0165ovny u tohoto rizika uplat\u0148uj\u00ed <strong>karen\u010dn\u00ed dobu 10 dn\u00ed od sjedn\u00e1n\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>. O\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e1 povode\u0148 toti\u017e nen\u00ed z podstaty v\u011bci nahodilou ud\u00e1lost\u00ed, proti nim\u017e v\u00e1s m\u00e1 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed chr\u00e1nit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u00e1s obecn\u011b v cel\u00e9m pr\u016fb\u011bhu smlouvy neochr\u00e1n\u00ed tak\u00e9 p\u0159i <strong>pravideln\u00fdch z\u00e1plav\u00e1ch<\/strong> zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch<strong> nedostate\u010dnou \u010di neudr\u017eovanou hydroizolac\u00ed<\/strong> nebo jin\u00fdmi stavebn\u00edmi nedostatky. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b se poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed tak\u00e9 nevztahuje na stavby, kter\u00e9 jsou \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b nebo celou plochou \u201cna vod\u011b\u201d. Hausb\u00f3ty tedy maj\u00ed sm\u016flu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jak-na-sjednani-pojisteni-povodni-a-zaplav\">Jak na sjedn\u00e1n\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed povodn\u00ed a z\u00e1plav?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Pojistn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka (tedy horn\u00ed limit pln\u011bn\u00ed) se vztahuje na v\u0161echna z\u00e1kladn\u00ed rizika bez rozd\u00edlu, ale u rizik, jako je po\u017e\u00e1r nebo pr\u00e1v\u011b povodn\u011b a z\u00e1plavy, je <strong>spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 ur\u010den\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky<\/strong> velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v r\u00e1mci poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti je <strong>podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed <\/strong>\u0161iroce roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem, kter\u00fd v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee ve v\u00fdsledku st\u00e1t hodn\u011b pen\u011bz.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>V r\u00e1mci poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed majetku se v\u011bt\u0161inou nastavuje tak\u00e9 <strong>ur\u010dit\u00e1 spolu\u00fa\u010dast<\/strong> &#8211; na p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 \u0161kod\u011b se ur\u010ditou procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010di pevn\u011b ur\u010denou \u010d\u00e1stkou budete pod\u00edlet spole\u010dn\u011b s poji\u0161\u0165ovnou. \u010c\u00edm <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed spolu\u00fa\u010dast <\/strong>si nastav\u00edte, t\u00edm <strong>levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bude celkov\u00e9 pojistn\u00e9<\/strong>.
