Jde tedy nap\u0159\u00edklad o zdi, st\u0159echu, okna, podlahy, rozvody nebo sanitu. Krom\u011b samotn\u00e9 nemovitosti si m\u016f\u017eete pojistit tak\u00e9 vedlej\u0161\u00ed stavby, jako je gar\u00e1\u017e, k\u016flna, plot nebo t\u0159eba baz\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/pojisteni-domacnosti\/\"><strong>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti<\/strong><\/a> naopak chr\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>vybaven\u00ed uvnit\u0159 bytu \u010di domu<\/strong>, tedy n\u00e1bytek, elektroniku, spot\u0159ebi\u010de i va\u0161e osobn\u00ed v\u011bci jako oble\u010den\u00ed nebo t\u0159eba sportovn\u00ed vybaven\u00ed. Kr\u00fdt m\u016f\u017ee i v\u011bci ve va\u0161em<strong> sklep\u011b \u010di d\u00edln\u011b<\/strong>, pokud jsou tyto prostory na stejn\u00e9 adrese jako dom\u00e1cnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oba typy poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed se v\u00fdborn\u011b dopl\u0148uj\u00ed a pokud chcete zajistit komplexn\u00ed ochranu va\u0161eho majetku, neobejdete se bez nich. Ka\u017ed\u00fd ale m\u016f\u017ee pot\u0159ebovat n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. Pokud bydl\u00edte v <strong>n\u00e1jemn\u00edm byt\u011b<\/strong>, nemus\u00edte si <strong>poji\u0161\u0165ovat nemovitost<\/strong>, ale pouze <strong>vybaven\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed v\u00e1m. Naopak <strong>pronaj\u00edmatel<\/strong> by m\u011bl m\u00edt<strong> poji\u0161t\u011bnou nemovitost<\/strong>, ale pokud pronaj\u00edm\u00e1 byt nevybaven\u00fd, u\u017e nemus\u00ed m\u00edt sjednan\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti a dom\u00e1cnosti zahrnuje nav\u00edc i <strong>asisten\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017eby<\/strong>. Mohou v\u00e1m zajistit p\u0159\u00edjezd z\u00e1me\u010dn\u00edka, kdy\u017e si zabouchnete dve\u0159e, nebo pohotovostn\u00edho instalat\u00e9ra, pokud v\u00e1m praskne potrub\u00ed. A co kdy\u017e se v\u00e1m t\u0159eba doma us\u00eddl\u00ed nezvan\u00ed host\u00e9? Asistence v\u00e1m pokryje i p\u0159\u00edjezd a pr\u00e1ci deratiz\u00e1tora.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pred-cim-vas-pojisteni-bytu-a-domu-ochrani\">P\u0159ed \u010d\u00edm v\u00e1s poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bytu a domu ochr\u00e1n\u00ed?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pojistit si m\u016f\u017eete d\u016fm nebo byt a z\u00e1rove\u0148 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i jeho vybaven\u00ed. Ale v jak\u00fdch situac\u00edch m\u016f\u017ee poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 majetek ochr\u00e1nit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"zakladni-ctyrka-rizik\">Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u010dty\u0159ka rizik<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladem ka\u017ed\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bytu a domu je \u010dtve\u0159ice rizik pod zkratkou \u201cFLEXA\u201d. Ta v sob\u011b skr\u00fdv\u00e1 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed <strong>po\u017e\u00e1ru, \u00faderu blesku, v\u00fdbuchu a p\u00e1du letadla<\/strong>. Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bchto rizik nab\u00edz\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovny jako jeden bal\u00ed\u010dek a i kdy\u017e v\u00e1m nemus\u00ed v\u0161echna z nich p\u0159ipadat jako nutn\u00e1, va\u0161e smlouva bez nich zkr\u00e1tka nebude kompletn\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"zivly-pozar-povoden-vichrice-a-mnoho-dalsiho\">\u017divly &#8211; po\u017e\u00e1r, povode\u0148, vich\u0159ice a mnoho dal\u0161\u00edho<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d lid\u00e9 uzav\u00edraj\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bytu a domu, je ochrana p\u0159ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edmi \u017eivly. <strong>Povode\u0148, z\u00e1plava, vich\u0159ice, krupobit\u00ed <\/strong>nebo t\u0159eba <strong>p\u00e1d stromu <\/strong>dok\u00e1\u017eou nap\u00e1chat obrovsk\u00e9 \u0161kody b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika minut. V posledn\u00edch letech nav\u00edc extr\u00e9mn\u00ed po\u010das\u00ed nen\u00ed ni\u010d\u00edm v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdm. K dal\u0161\u00edm pojistiteln\u00fdm \u017eiveln\u00edm rizik\u016fm se b\u011b\u017en\u011b \u0159ad\u00ed tak\u00e9 <strong>sesuv p\u016fdy a lavin<\/strong>, <strong>zem\u011bt\u0159esen\u00ed<\/strong>, <strong>zate\u010den\u00ed atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch sr\u00e1\u017eek<\/strong>, <strong>t\u00edha a tlak sn\u011bhu<\/strong> \u010di <strong>\u0161kody zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 mrazem <\/strong>na vodovodn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vodovodni-skody\">Vodovodn\u00ed \u0161kody<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dom\u00e1c\u00ed vodovodn\u00ed \u201chav\u00e1rie\u201d jsou <strong>nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pojistnou ud\u00e1lost\u00ed <\/strong>v r\u00e1mci poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed majetku a rozhodn\u011b by tedy ani ve va\u0161\u00ed pojistce nem\u011bly chyb\u011bt. Praskl\u00e9 potrub\u00ed nebo prot\u00e9kaj\u00edc\u00ed hadi\u010dka od pra\u010dky mohou po\u0161kodit nejen v\u00e1\u0161 byt, ale i sousedn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti. Vyplat\u00ed se proto p\u0159idat si k pojistce i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/pojisteni-odpovednosti\/\"><strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti<\/strong><\/a> za \u0161kody zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 t\u0159et\u00edm osob\u00e1m, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 pokud bydl\u00edte v bytov\u00e9m dom\u011b. Poji\u0161\u0165ovna pak pokryje jak \u0161kody na va\u0161em majetku, tak i \u0161kody na ciz\u00edm majetku, kdy\u017e vytop\u00edte sousedy o patro n\u00ed\u017e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kradeze-a-vandalismus\">Kr\u00e1de\u017ee a vandalismus<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm nebezpe\u010d\u00edm, p\u0159ed kter\u00fdm v\u00e1s poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee chr\u00e1nit, je <strong>vloup\u00e1n\u00ed a vandalismus<\/strong>. Pokud v\u00e1m zlod\u011bji vykradou byt, odnesou si <strong>elektroniku, \u0161perky \u010di cennosti<\/strong>, poji\u0161\u0165ovna v\u00e1m nahrad\u00ed \u0161kodu do sjednan\u00e9ho limitu, pokud m\u00e1te sjednan\u00e9 <strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti.<\/strong> Kryt\u00ed se pak v r\u00e1mci <strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti <\/strong>vztahuje nap\u0159\u00edklad na<strong> po\u0161kozen\u00ed vstupn\u00edch dve\u0159\u00ed, oken nebo z\u00e1mk\u016f<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 pachatel p\u0159i vloup\u00e1n\u00ed poni\u010d\u00ed. Pojistit si m\u016f\u017eete nejen kr\u00e1de\u017e, ale i vandalismus. Ochr\u00e1n\u00edte tak t\u0159eba fas\u00e1du domu, na kterou za\u00fato\u010d\u00ed spreje\u0159i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"prepeti-a-technicke-poruchy\">P\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed a technick\u00e9 poruchy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Modern\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti jsou pln\u00e9 elektroniky. N\u00e1hl\u00e9 <strong>p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed v s\u00edti<\/strong>, <strong>zkrat nebo porucha elektroinstalace<\/strong> mohou po\u0161kodit <strong>drah\u00e9 spot\u0159ebi\u010de i rozvody<\/strong>. Pojistky proto mohou kr\u00fdt i tyto technick\u00e9 z\u00e1vady. \u0160kodu na spot\u0159ebi\u010d\u00edch z t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny v\u00e1m pokryje poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti, stavbu zase poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"skody-zpusobene-dopravnimi-prostredky\">\u0160kody zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 dopravn\u00edmi prost\u0159edky<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e1\u0161 majetek m\u016f\u017ee poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ochr\u00e1nit i p\u0159ed <strong>n\u00e1razy vozidel<\/strong>. Pokud m\u00e1te d\u016fm u silnice, rozhodn\u011b jde o riziko, kter\u00e9 va\u0161i nemovitost m\u016f\u017ee potkat. A pojistit si m\u016f\u017eete t\u0159eba tak\u00e9 <strong>nebezpe\u010d\u00ed r\u00e1zov\u00e9 vlny<\/strong> (jinak tak\u00e9 aerodynamick\u00e9ho \u010di sonick\u00e9ho t\u0159esku), zp\u016fsoben\u00e9ho pr\u016fletem nadzvukov\u00e9ho letadla. Mo\u017en\u00e1 se v\u00e1m zd\u00e1 takov\u00e1 \u0161koda nepravd\u011bpodobn\u00e1, ale v\u011bzte, \u017ee doj\u00edt k n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"poskozeni-skel-vsemi-zpusoby\">Po\u0161kozen\u00ed skel v\u0161emi zp\u016fsoby<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed majetku se neobejde bez <strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed skel<\/strong>. Sjedn\u00e1v\u00e1 se ve variant\u011b <strong>all risk<\/strong>, kryje tedy po\u0161kozen\u00ed a zni\u010den\u00ed skel<strong> ze v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00ed\u010din<\/strong> v\u010detn\u011b vlastn\u00ed ne\u0161ikovnosti. Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u00e1m ochr\u00e1n\u00ed jak <strong>v\u00fdpln\u011b oken \u010di dve\u0159\u00ed<\/strong>, tak <strong>akv\u00e1rium<\/strong>, <strong>zrcadla<\/strong> nebo t\u0159eba <strong>sklokeramickou varnou desku<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"odpovednost-vlastnika-nemovitosti\">Odpov\u011bdnost vlastn\u00edka nemovitosti<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1lokdo si uv\u011bdomuje, \u017ee svou nemovitost\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee <strong>bez vlastn\u00edho p\u0159i\u010din\u011bn\u00ed <\/strong>n\u011bkomu <strong>zp\u016fsobit \u0161kodu<\/strong>. Kdy k n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt? Nap\u0159\u00edklad kdy\u017e se ze st\u0159echy va\u0161eho domu <strong>uvoln\u00ed sn\u00edh<\/strong> nebo <strong>st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed ta\u0161ka<\/strong> a po\u0161kod\u00ed ciz\u00ed auto zaparkovan\u00e9 pod domem, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b n\u011bkoho zran\u00ed, nebo se <strong>po\u017e\u00e1r z va\u0161\u00ed nemovitosti roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed<\/strong> na sousedn\u00ed domy. Pokud m\u00e1te d\u016fm po rekonstrukci za n\u011bkolik milion\u016f, ale pojistka je uzav\u0159en\u00e1 jen na polovinu t\u00e9to hodnoty, poji\u0161\u0165ovna v\u00e1m v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u0161kody bude p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 pln\u011bn\u00ed o odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st kr\u00e1tit. Tento stav, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017eete zn\u00e1t jako \u201c<strong>podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed\u201d<\/strong>, v\u00e1s tedy m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ipravit o podstatnou \u010d\u00e1st pen\u011bz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dob\u0159e nastaven\u00e1 pojistn\u00e1 smlouva v\u00e1m zajist\u00ed, \u017ee na \u010dern\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e tu nebudete sami. Vyplat\u00ed se proto nepodce\u0148ovat<strong> v\u00fdb\u011br poji\u0161\u0165ovny<\/strong> ani <strong>pojistn\u00fdch limit\u016f<\/strong> a <strong>pravideln\u011b smlouvu aktualizovat <\/strong>podle skute\u010dn\u00e9 hodnoty nemovitosti.
