Nejde o nic jin\u00e9ho, ne\u017e driftov\u00e1n\u00ed na parkovi\u0161ti nebo silnici, kter\u00e9 rozhodn\u011b nepat\u0159\u00ed do b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu, ale na uzav\u0159en\u00e9 polygony. Jak\u00fd trest v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee dostihnout? \u010ct\u011bte d\u00e1l.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"co-je-driftovani-a-proc-je-v-beznem-provozu-zakazane\">Co je driftov\u00e1n\u00ed a pro\u010d je v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m provozu zak\u00e1zan\u00e9?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nev\u00edte, o co p\u0159esn\u011b jde, kdy\u017e se mluv\u00ed o driftov\u00e1n\u00ed? Vysv\u011btl\u00edme. Driftov\u00e1n\u00ed je technika j\u00edzdy, p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e \u0159idi\u010d<strong> \u00famysln\u011b uvede vozidlo do p\u0159et\u00e1\u010div\u00e9ho smyku<\/strong> a n\u00e1sledn\u011b jej udr\u017euje v bo\u010dn\u00edm skluzu. V motorsportu jde o samostatnou discipl\u00ednu s jasn\u011b dan\u00fdmi pravidly, bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi opat\u0159en\u00edmi a z\u00e1vodn\u00edmi speci\u00e1ly. Na <strong>ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 komunikaci nebo parkovi\u0161ti <\/strong>se v\u0161ak z pokus\u016f o driftov\u00e1n\u00ed rychle st\u00e1v\u00e1 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee ohrozit ostatn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky provozu i samotn\u00e9ho \u0159idi\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pro\u010d se s driftov\u00e1n\u00edm setk\u00e1v\u00e1te nej\u010dast\u011bji, kdy\u017e nasn\u011b\u017e\u00ed? Na <strong>zasn\u011b\u017een\u00e9 nebo namrzl\u00e9 <\/strong>vozovce ke smyku sta\u010d\u00ed m\u00e1lo. I oby\u010dejn\u00fdm \u201cp\u0159edokolk\u00e1m\u201d sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e \u0159idi\u010d prudce p\u0159id\u00e1 plyn, vyto\u010d\u00ed volant a zadn\u00ed n\u00e1prava ztrat\u00ed p\u0159ilnavost. K\u00e1men \u00farazu ale spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee vozidlo se m\u016f\u017ee dostat do neovladateln\u00e9ho smyku, narazit do zaparkovan\u00fdch aut, obrubn\u00edku, sloupu ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho osv\u011btlen\u00ed nebo dokonce do chodce. Probl\u00e9mem je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i to, \u017ee ostatn\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di s takov\u00fdm man\u00e9vrem nepo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"driftovani-na-verejnych-komunikacich-a-zakon\">Driftov\u00e1n\u00ed na ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch komunikac\u00edch a z\u00e1kon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Definici driftov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u201cparagraf\u201d p\u0159\u00edmo pro tento p\u0159\u00edpad byste v z\u00e1kon\u011b o silni\u010dn\u00edm provozu hledali marn\u011b. To ov\u0161em ani v nejmen\u0161\u00edm neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee jde o povolen\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; jeho <strong>z\u00e1kaz se dovozuje z poru\u0161en\u00ed povinnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m naopak z\u00e1kon ukl\u00e1d\u00e1<\/strong>. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u00edte, \u017ee jako \u0159idi\u010d m\u00e1te za volantem povinnost chovat se ohledupln\u011b, neohro\u017eovat ostatn\u00ed, nebr\u00e1nit bezpe\u010dnosti a plynulosti provozu a dodr\u017eovat celou \u0159adu dal\u0161\u00edch pravidel, kter\u00e1 se s j\u00edzdou tzv. \u201cdve\u0159mi nap\u0159ed\u201d zkr\u00e1tka vylu\u010duj\u00ed. Ani argumentace, \u017ee nikde nen\u00ed ani \u017eiv\u00e1\u010dek, p\u0159ed str\u00e1\u017eci z\u00e1kona neobstoj\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravidla, kter\u00e1 byste dodr\u017eovali na silnici, se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b aplikuj\u00ed i na ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch parkovi\u0161t\u00edch a na dal\u0161\u00edch prostranstv\u00edch v re\u017eimu ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch pozemn\u00edch komunikac\u00ed. Prakticky je tak leg\u00e1ln\u00ed driftov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 pouze na <strong>soukrom\u00fdch pozemc\u00edch<\/strong> ur\u010den\u00fdch k tomuto \u00fa\u010delu (nap\u0159. tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 polygony), nebo na soukrom\u00fdch parkovi\u0161t\u00edch \u010di nevyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch ranvej\u00edch a podobn\u011b, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ale v\u017edy <strong>se souhlasem vlastn\u00edka \u010di provozovatele t\u011bchto prostor\u016f<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"trest-za-driftovani-od-par-tisicu-az-k-cistirne\">Trest za driftov\u00e1n\u00ed? Od p\u00e1r tis\u00edc\u016f a\u017e k \u201c\u010dist\u00edrn\u011b\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jakou pokutu tedy za driftov\u00e1n\u00ed mohou \u0159idi\u010di dostat? Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, co v\u0161e se \u0159idi\u010di poda\u0159\u00ed poru\u0161it. P\u0159estupkem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt <strong>nep\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed rychlosti stavu vozovky, zp\u016fsob j\u00edzdy ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed ostatn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky provozu<\/strong> nebo jako<strong> jin\u00fd p\u0159estupek proti bezpe\u010dnosti a plynulosti silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu<\/strong>. S n\u011bkter\u00fdmi st\u0159edn\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdmi nebo nejz\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159estupky se pak v\u00e1\u017ee nejen pokuta, ale tak\u00e9 <strong>bodov\u00fd trest a z\u00e1kaz \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/strong>. I zd\u00e1nliv\u011b ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 driftov\u00e1n\u00ed tak m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bkoho st\u00e1t \u201cpap\u00edry\u201d. M\u016f\u017ee ov\u0161em b\u00fdt i h\u016f\u0159.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drifte\u0159i-recidivist\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt i<strong> trestn\u011b st\u00edh\u00e1ni<\/strong>. A to je\u0161t\u011b vezm\u011bte v \u00favahu zp\u016fsoben\u00ed <strong>majetkov\u00fdch \u0161kod, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b \u00fajmy na zdrav\u00ed<\/strong>. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee driftov\u00e1n\u00edm \u0159idi\u010d zp\u016fsob\u00ed dopravn\u00ed nehodu, p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed na \u0159adu v\u017edy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.12bodu.cz\/bodovany-prestupek-125c-1h.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed postih<\/a> (zejm\u00e9na v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zavin\u011bn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed nehody se zran\u011bn\u00edm osob).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samostatn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem, kter\u00fd se s neleg\u00e1ln\u00edm driftov\u00e1n\u00edm tak\u00e9 \u010dasto v\u00e1\u017ee, b\u00fdv\u00e1 dom\u00e1c\u00ed vylep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed vozidel, tedy <strong>sv\u00e9pomocn\u00fd tuning<\/strong>. Za n\u011bkter\u00e9 nedovolen\u00e9 \u00fapravy se tak\u00e9 ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed <strong>citeln\u00e9 sankce<\/strong>. Na konsekvence takov\u00e9ho kutilstv\u00ed se zam\u011b\u0159ujeme v \u010dl\u00e1nku <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/tuning-a-pojisteni-vozidel\/\">Tuning a poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vozidel<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nebude pro v\u00e1s asi p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm, \u017ee <strong>driftov\u00e1n\u00ed se nebude zamlouvat ani poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b<\/strong>. Po\u0161kozen\u00e9 osoby samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pln\u011bn\u00ed <strong>z povinn\u00e9ho ru\u010den\u00ed vin\u00edka<\/strong> od poji\u0161\u0165ovny dostanou, ale na<strong> vin\u00edkovi mohou uplatnit regresn\u00ed n\u00e1rok<\/strong>. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee po poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9m mohou vym\u00e1hat \u00fahradu vyplacen\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky, a\u0165 <strong>u\u017e v pom\u011brn\u00e9, nebo celkov\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i<\/strong>. Dovednosti, kter\u00e9 z\u00edsk\u00e1te, vyu\u017eijete samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m provozu, a\u0165 u\u017e se dostanete do p\u0159et\u00e1\u010div\u00e9ho nebo nedot\u00e1\u010div\u00e9ho smyku nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/privalovy-dest-na-dalnici-muze-skoncit-bourackou-jak-bezpecne-zvladnout-aquaplaning\/\">aquaplaningu<\/a>. A ne\u017e se na silnice vyd\u00e1te, myslete i na<strong> poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed sv\u00e9ho auta<\/strong>.
