V n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech ale \u0159idi\u010d mus\u00ed pod\u0159\u00eddit sv\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed za volantem chodc\u016fm. Ze z\u00e1kona m\u00e1 \u0159idi\u010d povinnost umo\u017enit chodci bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159ejit\u00ed vozovky, pokud chodec <strong>vstoupil na p\u0159echod nebo ho zjevn\u011b hodl\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edt<\/strong>. Nejde tedy jen o situaci, kdy u\u017e je chodec fyzicky na p\u0159echodu, ale i o p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy je z jeho chov\u00e1n\u00ed patrn\u00e9, \u017ee chyst\u00e1 silnici p\u0159ej\u00edt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158idi\u010d z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1 p\u0159izp\u016fsobit svou rychlost j\u00edzdy tak, aby byl schopen p\u0159ed <strong>p\u0159echodem bezpe\u010dn\u011b zastavit<\/strong>, pokud m\u016f\u017ee. Nesta\u010d\u00ed tedy spol\u00e9hat na to, \u017ee chodec je\u0161t\u011b na p\u0159echod nevkro\u010dil. Pokud stoj\u00ed t\u011bsn\u011b u kraje, sleduje provoz a je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee chce p\u0159ej\u00edt, m\u00e1 \u0159idi\u010d zastavit. \u0158idi\u010d nav\u00edc mus\u00ed zastavit vozidlo i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee p\u0159ed p\u0159echodem d\u00e1vaj\u00ed chodc\u016fm p\u0159ednost<strong> ostatn\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di<\/strong> v jin\u00fdch pruz\u00edch v tom sam\u00e9m i v opa\u010dn\u00e9m sm\u011bru j\u00edzdy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jake-povinnosti-ma-chodec-vuci-ridicum\">Jak\u00e9 povinnosti m\u00e1 chodec v\u016f\u010di \u0159idi\u010d\u016fm?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chodci by m\u011bli m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, \u017ee \u0159idi\u010di jim mus\u00ed zastavit <strong>pouze na vyzna\u010den\u00e9m p\u0159echodu <\/strong>pro chodce, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148<strong> nesm\u00ed <\/strong>vstupovat na p\u0159echod<strong> bezprost\u0159edn\u011b p\u0159ed bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edm se vozidlem<\/strong>. Mimo p\u0159echody chodci \u010dasto p\u0159eb\u00edhaj\u00ed silnici a ne v\u017edy se p\u0159itom \u0159\u00edd\u00ed pravidly. Dle z\u00e1kona mohou chodci silnici p\u0159ech\u00e1zet (kolmo, v p\u0159ehledn\u00fdch \u00fasec\u00edch a v p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 rychlosti, aby nebr\u00e1nili provozu vozidel), pokud je <strong>p\u0159echod vzd\u00e1len v\u00edce ne\u017e cca 50 metr\u016f<\/strong>. Chodci nav\u00edc v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nesm\u00ed do vozovky vstupovat, pokud by kv\u016fli nim \u0159idi\u010d musel <strong>n\u00e1hle zm\u011bnit rychlost j\u00edzdy \u010di jej\u00ed sm\u011br<\/strong>. Op\u011bt se ale slu\u0161\u00ed dodat, \u017ee \u0159idi\u010d i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u201c\u0161patn\u00e9ho p\u0159ech\u00e1zen\u00ed\u201d mus\u00ed sledovat d\u011bn\u00ed na silnici i v jej\u00edm okol\u00ed a nesm\u00ed \u201cneposlu\u0161n\u00e9ho chodce\u201d ignorovat, nebo ho dokonce svou j\u00edzdou ohrozit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1me, \u017ee chodec nem\u00e1 p\u0159ednost&nbsp; &#8211; ani na p\u0159echodu &#8211; p\u0159ed tramvajemi nebo vozidly s pr\u00e1vem p\u0159ednostn\u00ed j\u00edzdy. Jde p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o vozidla Integrovan\u00fdch z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch slo\u017eek (policie, hasi\u010di, z\u00e1chran\u00e1\u0159i).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jaka-je-pokuta-za-nezastaveni-pred-prechodem-pro-chodce\">Jak\u00e1 je pokuta za nezastaven\u00ed p\u0159ed p\u0159echodem pro chodce?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve spojitosti s chodci se \u0159idi\u010d m\u016f\u017ee dopustit celkem t\u0159\u00ed r\u016fzn\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch p\u0159estupk\u016f. Poj\u010fme se na n\u011b do detailu pod\u00edvat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nezastaven\u00ed p\u0159ed p\u0159echodem <\/strong>je p\u0159estupek, za kter\u00fd se ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 pokuta na m\u00edst\u011b v rozmez\u00ed <strong>2 500 &#8211; 3 500 K\u010d<\/strong>, ve spr\u00e1vn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b 4 000 &#8211; 10 000 K\u010d a <strong>2 trestn\u00e9 body<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Omezen\u00ed chodce<\/strong> na p\u0159echodu<strong> <\/strong>je p\u0159estupek, za kter\u00fd se stejn\u011b jako p\u0159i nezastaven\u00ed p\u0159ed p\u0159echodem ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 pokuta na m\u00edst\u011b v rozmez\u00ed <strong>2 500 &#8211; 3 500 K\u010d<\/strong>, nebo ve spr\u00e1vn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed 4 000 &#8211; 10 000 K\u010d, ale je\u0161t\u011b k tomu <strong>4 trestn\u00e9 body<\/strong>. \u0158idi\u010d se ho dopust\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee chodci p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v bezpe\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159ejit\u00ed na p\u0159echodu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ohro\u017een\u00ed chodce<\/strong> na p\u0159echodu je pak nejp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bji trestan\u00fd p\u0159estupek, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v\u00fd\u0161e pokut z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 stejn\u00e1 (pokuta na m\u00edst\u011b v rozmez\u00ed<strong> 2 500 &#8211; 3 500 K\u010d<\/strong>, nebo ve spr\u00e1vn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed 4 000 &#8211; 10 000 K\u010d), ov\u0161em k trestu se p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 <strong>6 bod\u016f<\/strong>. M\u00ed\u0159\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy \u0159idi\u010d ohroz\u00ed p\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edho chodce p\u0159i odbo\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed na m\u00edsto le\u017e\u00edc\u00ed mimo pozemn\u00ed komunikaci, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b naopak p\u0159i vj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed na silnici, nebo p\u0159i ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed a couv\u00e1n\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mysl\u00edte si, \u017ee chodci mohou p\u0159ech\u00e1zet v\u0161ude a jen tak, ani\u017e by na n\u011b z\u00e1kon dos\u00e1hl? Kdepak. Z\u00e1kon pamatuje i na poru\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f zavin\u011bn\u00e9 druhou stranou. I chodci se tedy mohou dopustit p\u0159estupku, kdy\u017e nerespektuj\u00ed p\u0159edpisy v souvislosti s chov\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159i p\u0159ech\u00e1zen\u00ed silnice. Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed opatrnost je nutn\u00e1 za <strong>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 viditelnosti<\/strong>, nap\u0159\u00edklad v de\u0161ti nebo v zim\u011b, kdy se prodlu\u017euje brzdn\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha a nav\u00edc by m\u011bl \u0159idi\u010d po\u010d\u00edtat i s t\u00edm, \u017ee chodec m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt h\u016f\u0159e viditeln\u00fd, a to zejm\u00e9na v oblastech s minim\u00e1ln\u00edm ve\u0159ejn\u00fdm osv\u011btlen\u00edm. Z\u00e1kon sice na\u0159izuje chodc\u016fm <strong>mimo obec<\/strong> za sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 viditelnosti nosit reflexn\u00ed prvky, ale praxe samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vypad\u00e1 jinak &#8211; a to je p\u0159itom <strong>absence reflexn\u00edch prvk\u016f<\/strong> d\u016fvodem pro ulo\u017een\u00ed <strong>pokuty<\/strong> chodci a\u017e ve v\u00fd\u0161i 2 000 K\u010d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko tak\u00e9 p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed v\u00edcepruhov\u00e9 komunikace. Pokud jedno vozidlo zastav\u00ed p\u0159ed p\u0159echodem, ostatn\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di mus\u00ed po\u010d\u00edtat s mo\u017enost\u00ed, \u017ee d\u016fvodem je p\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed chodec. <strong>Obj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed <\/strong>takov\u00e9ho vozidla bez dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho rozhledu a nezastaven\u00ed p\u0159ed p\u0159echodem pak je \u010dastou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch nehod.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nezapom\u00ednejte ani na jin\u00e9 povinnosti, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m z\u00e1kony ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed.
