Ale sv\u011btel je p\u0159ece jen na aut\u011b mnohem v\u00edc, a jejich nevhodn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee znamenat nejen pokutu, ale dokonce i nehodu. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 osobn\u00ed auto mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vybaveno obrysov\u00fdmi sv\u011btly, potk\u00e1vac\u00edmi sv\u011btly, d\u00e1lkov\u00fdmi sv\u011btly, sm\u011brov\u00fdmi sv\u011btly, brzdov\u00fdmi sv\u011btly, zadn\u00edmi obrysov\u00fdmi sv\u011btly, osv\u011btlen\u00edm registra\u010dn\u00ed zna\u010dky a zadn\u00edmi odrazkami. Nesm\u00edme tak\u00e9 zapomenout na zadn\u00ed mlhov\u00e9 sv\u011btlo, kter\u00e9 je povinn\u00e9, zat\u00edmco p\u0159edn\u00ed mlhovky povinn\u00e9 nejsou, ale pokud jsou namontov\u00e1ny, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt funk\u010dn\u00ed. Nen\u00ed toho m\u00e1lo, \u017ee? Tak te\u010f je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bd\u011bt, k \u010demu tato sv\u011btla slou\u017e\u00ed a kdy je pou\u017e\u00edt. Jdeme na to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obrysov\u00e1 sv\u011btla <\/strong>jsou slab\u0161\u00ed, nach\u00e1z\u00ed se vep\u0159edu i vzadu a slou\u017e\u00ed k ozna\u010den\u00ed vozidla p\u0159i st\u00e1n\u00ed nebo j\u00edzd\u011b za sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 viditelnosti &#8211; u modern\u00edch aut jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed automaticky spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho denn\u00edho sv\u00edcen\u00ed p\u0159i startu, jejich \u00fa\u010delem ov\u0161em nen\u00ed osv\u011btlovat vozovku, ale nazna\u010dit obrys vozidla ostatn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm provozu. <strong>Potk\u00e1vac\u00ed sv\u011btla<\/strong> oproti tomu slou\u017e\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di a zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed mu dostate\u010dn\u00e9 osv\u011btlen\u00ed vozovky bez osl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed ostatn\u00edch &#8211; tyto dva typy sv\u011btel spole\u010dn\u011b tvo\u0159\u00ed ono diskutovan\u00e9 \u201cdenn\u00ed sv\u00edcen\u00ed\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e1lkov\u00e1 sv\u011btla<\/strong> poskytuj\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed osv\u011btlen\u00ed vozovky, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e pou\u017e\u00edvat se mohou, pokud silnice nen\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b osv\u011btlen\u00e1 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 nehroz\u00ed osln\u011bn\u00ed jin\u00fdch \u0159idi\u010d\u016f. Pro \u00faplnost dodejme, \u017ee <strong>sm\u011brov\u00e1 sv\u011btla<\/strong> (\u201cblinkry\u201d) informuj\u00ed o zm\u011bn\u011b sm\u011bru j\u00edzdy a brzdov\u00e1 sv\u011btla upozor\u0148uj\u00ed na zpomalen\u00ed.<strong> Mlhov\u00e1 sv\u011btla<\/strong> pak v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvy\u0161uj\u00ed viditelnost vozidla zezadu p\u0159i hust\u00e9 mlze, hust\u00e9m sn\u011b\u017een\u00ed nebo siln\u00e9m de\u0161ti. Specifickou skupinou jsou <strong>v\u00fdstra\u017en\u00e1 sv\u011btla<\/strong> &#8211; tzv. \u201cblika\u010dky\u201d, tedy sou\u010dasn\u011b zapnut\u00e9 sm\u011brov\u00e9 ukazatele, a d\u00e1le sv\u011btla pro denn\u00ed sv\u00edcen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 slou\u017e\u00ed pro \u00fa\u010del varov\u00e1n\u00ed ostatn\u00edch \u0159idi\u010d\u016f p\u0159i nouzov\u00e9m st\u00e1n\u00ed nebo upozorn\u011bn\u00ed na nebezpe\u010d\u00ed v provozu, nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i nutnosti prudk\u00e9ho zpomalov\u00e1n\u00ed na d\u00e1lnici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jaka-svetla-musi-svitit-za-jizdy\">Jak\u00e1 sv\u011btla mus\u00ed sv\u00edtit za j\u00edzdy?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, stejn\u011b jako ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00ed, plat\u00ed<strong> obecn\u00e1 povinnost <\/strong>m\u00edt p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b rozsv\u00edcen\u00e1<strong> obrysov\u00e1 a potk\u00e1vac\u00ed sv\u011btla nebo sv\u011btla pro denn\u00ed sv\u00edcen\u00ed<\/strong>. V modern\u00edch vozidlech je sv\u00edcen\u00ed (a jeho intenzita) ovl\u00e1d\u00e1no automatick\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem a nemus\u00edte tak za b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch podm\u00ednek na sv\u011btla t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u016fbec myslet. Nutn\u00e9 je pak d\u00e1vat pozor zpravidla jen na <strong>blinkry <\/strong>p\u0159i odbo\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159ej\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed z pruhu do pruhu a podobn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ov\u0161em jakmile se pov\u011btrnostn\u00ed a sv\u011bteln\u00e9 podm\u00ednky na silnici zhor\u0161\u00ed a viditelnost je sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1, m\u011bli byste sv\u00edcen\u00ed zase vz\u00edt do sv\u00fdch rukou. P\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b mimo obec v siln\u00e9 <strong>mlze, sn\u011bhu, nebo hust\u00e9m de\u0161ti<\/strong> p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed na \u0159adu <strong>zapnut\u00ed mlhov\u00fdch sv\u011btel<\/strong>. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b hranice mezi norm\u00e1ln\u00ed a sn\u00ed\u017eenou viditelnost\u00ed nen\u00ed zcela jasn\u00e1, ale \u0159\u00eddit se m\u016f\u017eete nap\u0159\u00edklad viditelnost\u00ed dopravn\u00edch zna\u010dek \u010di sv\u011btel aut jedouc\u00edch p\u0159ed v\u00e1mi &#8211; pokud nem\u00e1te p\u0159ehled o tom, co se d\u011bje u\u017e <strong>50 metr\u016f p\u0159ed v\u00e1mi<\/strong>, je rozhodn\u011b \u010das na zapnut\u00ed mlhovek. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 plat\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>p\u0159edn\u00ed mlhov\u00e1 sv\u011btla<\/strong> (pokud je va\u0161e auto m\u00e1) za sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 viditelnosti <strong>pou\u017e\u00edt m\u016f\u017eete<\/strong>, ale <strong>zadn\u00ed<\/strong> <strong>mlhov\u00e1 sv\u011btla pou\u017e\u00edt mus\u00edte<\/strong>. Samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed by m\u011blo b\u00fdt, \u017ee jakmile se viditelnost zlep\u0161\u00ed, zase je vypnete.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kdy-nezapinat-mlhovky-a-za-co-muzete-dostat-pokutu\">Kdy nezap\u00ednat mlhovky a za co m\u016f\u017eete dostat pokutu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mlhovky nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt zapnut\u00e9 kdykoli jindy ne\u017e v situac\u00edch, kdy je skute\u010dn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 viditelnost. Bohu\u017eel mnohdy je zap\u00ednaj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad star\u0161\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di bez ohledu na \u00farove\u0148 viditelnosti a \u010d\u00e1st \u0159idi\u010d\u016f je naopak zapomene po odezn\u011bn\u00ed zhor\u0161en\u00fdch podm\u00ednek vypnout. Takov\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edstavuje <strong>p\u0159estupek<\/strong>, za kter\u00fd v\u00e1m policist\u00e9 mohou d\u00e1t pokutu. Stejn\u011b tak je p\u0159estupkem i <strong>nezapnut\u00ed mlhovek<\/strong> (tehdy, kdy\u017e zapnut\u00e9 b\u00fdt maj\u00ed) &#8211; a <strong>sankce pro oba p\u0159\u00edpady je stejn\u00e1<\/strong>. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e<strong> pokuty na m\u00edst\u011b<\/strong> \u010din\u00ed <strong>1 500 K\u010d<\/strong>, ve <strong>spr\u00e1vn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/strong> pak a\u017e <strong>5 000 K\u010d<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uveden\u00e9 maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e pokut se vztahuj\u00ed i na jin\u00e9 p\u0159estupky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se sv\u00edcen\u00ed. Stejn\u00fd v\u00fdsledek m\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>nesv\u00edcen\u00ed denn\u00edmi sv\u011btly<\/strong>, co\u017e se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t zejm\u00e9na v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee m\u00e1te star\u0161\u00ed vozidlo a sv\u011btla zapomenete zapnout manu\u00e1ln\u011b.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozor! Pokud va\u0161e vozidlo nesv\u00edt\u00ed z d\u016fvodu, \u017ee <strong>sv\u011btla nefunguj\u00ed<\/strong> a t\u00edm bude vozidlo ohro\u017eovat bezpe\u010dnost provozu, situace m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt r\u00e1zem v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Vozidlo je pak toti\u017e pova\u017eovan\u00e9 za <strong>technicky nezp\u016fsobil\u00e9 k provozu<\/strong>. Sankce dosahuje 2 500 &#8211; 3 500 K\u010d na m\u00edst\u011b, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b 4 000 a\u017e 10 000 K\u010d ve spr\u00e1vn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a k tomu 6 trestn\u00fdch bod\u016f. Z\u00e1kon nep\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 jejich zapnut\u00ed v jin\u00e9 situaci, ne\u017e je nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>nouzov\u00e9 zastaven\u00ed, upozorn\u011bn\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch \u0159idi\u010d\u016f na nebezpe\u010d\u00ed na vozovce a ne\u010dekan\u00e9 zpomalen\u00ed provozu<\/strong>. \u0158idi\u010di si ale pro v\u00fdstra\u017en\u00e1 sv\u011btla na\u0161li dal\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed &#8211; a t\u00edm t\u0159eba je znamen\u00ed pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00ed jin\u00e9mu \u0159idi\u010di kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm probliknut\u00edm nebo v\u0161eobecn\u00e1 \u201comluva\u201d za \u0161patn\u00e9 parkov\u00e1n\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zat\u00edmco d\u011bkova\u010dku pomoc\u00ed kr\u00e1tk\u00e9ho blik\u00e1n\u00ed policie toleruje, <strong>st\u00e1n\u00ed na \u201cblika\u010dk\u00e1ch\u201d <\/strong>na chodn\u00edku, z\u00e1kazu st\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di rovnou v j\u00edzdn\u00edm pruhu u\u017e m\u00edv\u00e1 n\u00e1sledky. Za samotn\u00e9 neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9 u\u017eit\u00ed v\u00fdstra\u017en\u00fdch sv\u011btel si m\u016f\u017eete vykoledovat pokutu na m\u00edst\u011b a\u017e 1 500 K\u010d a ve spr\u00e1vn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a\u017e 5 000 K\u010d, ov\u0161em pokutu (a mnohdy vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed) v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st u\u017e jen samotn\u00e9 st\u00e1n\u00ed t\u0159eba na z\u00e1kazu zastaven\u00ed a st\u00e1n\u00ed, ve vjezdu a podobn\u011b.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokuty za \u0161patn\u00e9 sv\u00edcen\u00ed nejsou to jedin\u00e9, co v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee na silnici p\u0159ekvapit. Do probl\u00e9m\u016f se m\u016f\u017eete dostat t\u0159eba kv\u016fli <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/jizda-a-nehoda-bez-dalnicni-znamky\/\">j\u00edzd\u011b na d\u00e1lnici bez zn\u00e1mky<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/co-delat-v-pripade-propadle-stk\/\">propadl\u00e9 STK<\/a> nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/nepojistene-vozidlo\/\">nezaplacen\u00e9mu povinn\u00e9mu ru\u010den\u00ed<\/a>.
