A nejsou vz\u00e1cn\u00e9 ani smlouvy, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed nez\u00e1konn\u00e1 (a tedy neplatn\u00e1) ujedn\u00e1n\u00ed. Povinnost sjednat si poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti mezi n\u011b ale nepat\u0159\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"muze-pronajimatel-ulozit-najemci-povinnost-sjednat-pojisteni\">M\u016f\u017ee pronaj\u00edmatel ulo\u017eit n\u00e1jemci povinnost sjednat poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1va a povinnosti pronaj\u00edmatel\u016f a n\u00e1jemc\u016f v r\u00e1mci smlouvy o n\u00e1jmu bytu a domu jsou sice pom\u011brn\u011b podrobn\u011b upraveny ob\u010dansk\u00fdm z\u00e1kon\u00edkem, ov\u0161em<strong> o povinnosti se pojistit<\/strong> ani z\u00e1kazu takov\u00fdch ujedn\u00e1n\u00ed se tu nic<strong> nedo\u010dtete.<\/strong> Vod\u00edtkem je pouze ustanoven\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-sbirka.cz\/sb\/2012\/89#par_2239-odst_1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a7 2239 odst. 1. OZ<\/a>, kter\u00fd \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: \u201cNep\u0159ihl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se k ujedn\u00e1n\u00ed ukl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00edmu n\u00e1jemci povinnost, kter\u00e1 je vzhledem k okolnostem zjevn\u011b nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co je p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 a nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 povinnost, je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ot\u00e1zkou <strong>konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch ujedn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> a jejich \u00fa\u010delu. Pokud m\u00e1 j\u00edt o povinnost sjednat (nep\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00e1kladn\u00e9) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/pojisteni-odpovednosti\/\"><strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti<\/strong><\/a> za \u0161kody, kter\u00e9 na majetku pronaj\u00edmatele zp\u016fsob\u00edte, <strong>nejde o nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou povinnost<\/strong>. Nakonec v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se v\u00e1m v pronajat\u00e9m byt\u011b stane n\u011bjak\u00e1 nehoda, je sjedn\u00e1n\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ve <strong>va\u0161em vlastn\u00edm z\u00e1jmu<\/strong>, abyste nemuseli<strong> hradit \u0161kodu ze sv\u00e9ho<\/strong>. Tuto povinnost v\u00e1m tedy <strong>m\u016f\u017ee pronaj\u00edmatel ulo\u017eit<\/strong>, m\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt nav\u00edc i povinni dolo\u017eit, \u017ee jste smlouvu skute\u010dn\u011b sjednali.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nem\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt nicm\u00e9n\u011b nuceni do <strong>sjedn\u00e1n\u00ed <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/pojisteni-domacnosti\/\"><strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>(tedy vnit\u0159n\u00edho vybaven\u00ed bytu), a u\u017e v\u016fbec ne <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/pojisteni-nemovitosti\/\">poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti<\/a> (poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed samotn\u00e9 stavby). Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti je v\u017edy sjedn\u00e1v\u00e1no jej\u00edm<strong> majitelem<\/strong>, a nikomu jin\u00e9mu tak\u00e9 nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vyplaceno p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 pln\u011bn\u00ed z t\u00e9to pojistky. Pronaj\u00edmatel\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed se sna\u017e\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed n\u00e1klady p\u0159ev\u00e9st na n\u00e1jemce, po v\u00e1s toto zkr\u00e1tka vy\u017eadovat nemohou. B\u011b\u017enou prax\u00ed v \u0161ed\u00e9 z\u00f3n\u011b ov\u0161em je zapo\u010dten\u00ed t\u011bchto n\u00e1klad\u016f do n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho, co\u017e se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b dokazuje velmi t\u011b\u017eko.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kdo-ma-sjednavat-pojisteni-domacnosti\">Kdo m\u00e1 sjedn\u00e1vat poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/pojisteni-domacnosti\/\">Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti<\/a> by si m\u011bl (ale nemus\u00ed) sjednat <strong>majitel v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v byt\u011b jsou<\/strong>. Pokud tedy p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1te \u201cholobyt\u201d a <strong>ve\u0161ker\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed je va\u0161e vlastn\u00ed<\/strong>, ur\u010dit\u011b byste si poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti m\u011bli <strong>sjednat<\/strong>. Naopak n\u00e1bytek, spot\u0159ebi\u010de a dal\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci ve vybaven\u00e9m byt\u011b si mus\u00ed vlastn\u00edm poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm chr\u00e1nit pronaj\u00edmatel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nezapom\u00ednejte na to, \u017ee v\u017edy si do bytu n\u011bjak\u00e9 sv\u00e9 v\u011bci st\u011bhujete s sebou. A\u0165 u\u017e je to <strong>oble\u010den\u00ed, elektronika nebo sportovn\u00ed vybaven\u00ed<\/strong>, poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti v\u00e1m je ochr\u00e1n\u00ed, a to p\u0159ed <strong>celou \u0159adou rizik<\/strong> &#8211; od po\u017e\u00e1ru, vytopen\u00ed a\u017e p\u0159es vloup\u00e1n\u00ed a kr\u00e1de\u017e. Myslete ale na to, \u017ee va\u0161e pojistka nemus\u00ed <strong>obsahovat odpov\u011bdnost za v\u011bci pronajat\u00e9<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 je v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u00e1sadn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 smlouvy. A v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee m\u00e1te t\u0159eba tak\u00e9 mazl\u00ed\u010dka, je vhodn\u00e9 si do smlouvy p\u0159idat i <strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti za zv\u00ed\u0159e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i sjedn\u00e1n\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed by v\u00e1s krom\u011b rozsahu rizik m\u011bly zaj\u00edmat tak\u00e9 <strong>limity poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed <\/strong>odpov\u011bdnosti. Zpravidla se nastavuj\u00ed ve v\u00fd\u0161i<strong> 5-10 milion\u016f K\u010d<\/strong>, co\u017e je pro \u00fa\u010del kryt\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed v byt\u011b \u010di samotn\u00e9ho bytu dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee v r\u00e1mci poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti se sjedn\u00e1v\u00e1 tak\u00e9 <strong>spolu\u00fa\u010dast<\/strong>, tedy \u010d\u00e1stka, kterou se na \u0161kod\u011b pod\u00edl\u00edte vy, a to nej\u010dast\u011bji v rozmez\u00ed<strong> 1 000 &#8211; 5 000 K\u010d<\/strong>. Pamatujte, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je spolu\u00fa\u010dast, t\u00edm ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed je v\u00fdsledn\u00e1 ro\u010dn\u00ed platba za poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-font-size aligncenter\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/pojisteni-odpovednosti\/\" style=\"background-color:#605db5\">Srovnat poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"na-kolik-najemce-pojisteni-vyjde\">Na kolik n\u00e1jemce poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vyjde?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompletn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti <strong>s kryt\u00edm v\u0161ech rizik<\/strong> (tzv. all risk) a z\u00e1rove\u0148 i <strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm odpov\u011bdnosti<\/strong> s limitem 5 000 000 K\u010d nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd velk\u00fd z\u00e1sah do rodinn\u00e9ho rozpo\u010dtu.
