Neznalost nebo nerespektov\u00e1n\u00ed pravidla zipu m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st nejen k dopravn\u00edm komplikac\u00edm, ale i k pokut\u011b a\u017e <strong>2 000 K\u010d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"co-je-pravidlo-zipu\">Co je pravidlo zipu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravidlo zipu je zakotveno v <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-sbirka.cz\/sb\/2000\/361#par_12-odst_5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a7 12 odst. 5 z\u00e1kona<\/a> o provozu na pozemn\u00edch komunikac\u00edch. Prakticky jde o to, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy doch\u00e1z\u00ed <strong>ke z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed vozovky<\/strong> nebo kdy je jeden z j\u00edzdn\u00edch pruh\u016f nepr\u016fjezdn\u00fd a vozidla musej\u00ed p\u0159ejet do sousedn\u00edho pruhu, jsou \u0159idi\u010di v pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9m pruhu povinni umo\u017enit vozidl\u016fm z kon\u010d\u00edc\u00edho pruhu za\u0159azen\u00ed <strong>st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b<\/strong>, tedy v\u017edy jednomu vozidlu. Na zipov\u00e1n\u00ed je tedy pot\u0159eba myslet p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy se <strong>po\u010det pruh\u016f sni\u017euje<\/strong>, nebo se <strong>vozovka zu\u017euje<\/strong>. Smyslem pravidla je zachovat <strong>maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed kapacitu komunikace <\/strong>a\u017e do m\u00edsta z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed a zabr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9mu vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed kolon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kdy-je-potreba-zipovat\">Kdy je pot\u0159eba zipovat?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zipov\u00e1n\u00ed se uplat\u0148uje tehdy, kdy\u017e se dva j\u00edzdn\u00ed pruhy sb\u00edhaj\u00ed do jednoho a oba jsou p\u0159ed z\u00fa\u017een\u00edm pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9. Typick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem je<strong> dopravn\u00ed omezen\u00ed <\/strong>p\u0159i <strong>odkl\u00edzen\u00ed dopravn\u00ed nehody <\/strong>nebo p\u0159i <strong>rekonstrukci silnice<\/strong>, kdy jsou dva pruhy vedeny a\u017e k m\u00edstu stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u011b je jeden z nich uzav\u0159en. Podstatn\u00e9 je, \u017ee vozidla jedou soub\u011b\u017en\u011b ve dvou pruz\u00edch a n\u00e1sledn\u011b jsou nucena pokra\u010dovat pouze v jednom. V praxi se pravidlo aplikuje v\u017edy, kdy\u017e doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No a jak spr\u00e1vn\u011b na zipov\u00e1n\u00ed? \u0158idi\u010d v kon\u010d\u00edc\u00edm pruhu by m\u011bl pokra\u010dovat a\u017e k <strong>m\u00edstu z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed<\/strong>, <strong>p\u0159izp\u016fsobit rychlost <\/strong>vozidl\u016fm v pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9m pruhu a plynule se <strong>za\u0159adit <\/strong>za jedno konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed vozidlo. \u0158idi\u010d v pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9m pruhu by naopak m\u011bl po\u010d\u00edtat s t\u00edm, \u017ee se vozidla z druh\u00e9ho pruhu budou za\u0159azovat, a vytvo\u0159it dostate\u010dn\u00fd<strong> odstup<\/strong> od vozidla p\u0159ed sebou. T\u00edm umo\u017en\u00ed hladk\u00e9 st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed bez nutnosti prudk\u00e9ho brzd\u011bn\u00ed. Pokud se oba pruhy pohybuj\u00ed podobnou rychlost\u00ed, je zipov\u00e1n\u00ed plynul\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my vznikaj\u00ed tehdy, kdy\u017e jeden pruh stoj\u00ed a druh\u00fd se sna\u017e\u00ed projet v\u00fdrazn\u011b rychleji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pamatujte na to, \u017ee \u0159idi\u010di v pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9m pruhu nesm\u011bj\u00ed <strong>\u00famysln\u011b br\u00e1nit za\u0159azen\u00ed<\/strong> vozidla z kon\u010d\u00edc\u00edho pruhu a nesm\u011bj\u00ed se sna\u017eit popoj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt co nejbl\u00ed\u017ee k vozidlu p\u0159ed n\u00edm, ale naopak maj\u00ed poskytnout dostate\u010dn\u00fd prostor vozidlu p\u0159ij\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00edmu z vedlej\u0161\u00edho pruhu. Stejn\u011b tak \u0159idi\u010d v kon\u010d\u00edc\u00edm pruhu nesm\u00ed<strong> vj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt agresivn\u011b<\/strong> nebo ohrozit vozidla v pruhu, do kter\u00e9ho se \u0159ad\u00ed, nesm\u00ed ani p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt velkorys\u00e9ho odstupu vedlej\u0161\u00edho auta po vjezdu \u0159idi\u010de p\u0159ed sebou. Zkr\u00e1tka v\u017edy se st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 1 vozidlo z pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho pruhu a 1 vozidlo z kon\u010d\u00edc\u00edho pruhu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kdy-se-pravidlo-zipu-nepouziva\">Kdy se pravidlo zipu nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravidlo zipu se neuplat\u0148uje nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159<strong>i n\u00e1jezdu <\/strong>z vedlej\u0161\u00ed silnice, p\u0159i <strong>v\u00fdjezdu z parkovi\u0161t\u011b <\/strong>nebo p\u0159i <strong>p\u0159ipojov\u00e1n\u00ed z klasick\u00e9ho p\u0159ipojovac\u00edho pruhu na d\u00e1lnici<\/strong>, pokud hlavn\u00ed pruh z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00fd. P\u0159i n\u00e1jezdu na d\u00e1lnici plat\u00ed, \u017ee \u0159idi\u010d v p\u0159ipojovac\u00edm pruhu mus\u00ed d\u00e1t p\u0159ednost vozidl\u016fm v pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9m pruhu a p\u0159izp\u016fsobit rychlost tak, aby se bezpe\u010dn\u011b za\u0159adil. \u0158idi\u010di na d\u00e1lnici sice maj\u00ed umo\u017enit za\u0159azen\u00ed, ale nen\u00ed to jejich z\u00e1konn\u00e1 povinnost ve smyslu zipov\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zipov\u00e1n\u00ed se tak\u00e9 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v situaci, kdy je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee jde o <strong>b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 odbo\u010den\u00ed nebo jin\u00fd j\u00edzdn\u00ed sm\u011br<\/strong>. Ve skute\u010dnosti je to spr\u00e1vn\u00fd postup. Pr\u00e1v\u011b vyu\u017eit\u00ed cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lky obou pruh\u016f umo\u017e\u0148uje zkr\u00e1tit kolonu a zv\u00fd\u0161it kapacitu komunikace. Dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dastou chybou je <strong>blokov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> vozidel z kon\u010d\u00edc\u00edho pruhu. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di v pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9m pruhu \u00famysln\u011b naj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed bl\u00ed\u017ee ke st\u0159edov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1\u0159e nebo k vozidlu p\u0159ed sebou tak, aby zabr\u00e1nili za\u0159azen\u00ed vozidel. Bohu\u017eel \u010dastou chybou je tak\u00e9 <strong>agresivn\u00ed vj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed <\/strong>z kon\u010d\u00edc\u00edho pruhu bez ohledu na bezpe\u010dnou vzd\u00e1lenost. Zipov\u00e1n\u00ed neznamen\u00e1 bezpodm\u00edne\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo vjet do pruhu za ka\u017edou cenu. \u0158idi\u010d se mus\u00ed za\u0159azovat plynule, bez ohro\u017een\u00ed ostatn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f provozu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A kone\u010dn\u011b, probl\u00e9mem b\u00fdv\u00e1 i <strong>nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 sledov\u00e1n\u00ed situace <\/strong>na komunikaci. Pokud \u0159idi\u010di reaguj\u00ed na z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed a\u017e na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli prudk\u00fdm brzd\u011bn\u00edm, hroz\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zejm\u00e9na nehody, v lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b chaos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poru\u0161en\u00ed pravidla zipu se &#8211; mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b pro v\u00e1s &#8211; pova\u017euje za p\u0159estupek. Na m\u00edst\u011b se <strong>ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 pokuta do 2 000 K\u010d<\/strong>, ve <strong>spr\u00e1vn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pak a\u017e 2 500 K\u010d<\/strong>. Pozor, nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 zipov\u00e1n\u00ed (\u010di nezipov\u00e1n\u00ed) kon\u010d\u00edc\u00ed boura\u010dkou m\u016f\u017ee znamenat sankci nejen za tento p\u0159estupek, ale i v\u00fdrazn\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159estupek zp\u016fsoben\u00ed dopravn\u00ed nehody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potr\u00e1pit v\u00e1s nemus\u00ed jen zipov\u00e1n\u00ed. Do probl\u00e9m\u016f se m\u016f\u017eete dostat i kv\u016fli zapomenut\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd \u0159idi\u010d \u2013 sem m\u016f\u017ee pat\u0159it t\u0159eba <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/jizda-a-nehoda-bez-dalnicni-znamky\/\">j\u00edzda na d\u00e1lnici bez zn\u00e1mky<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/co-delat-v-pripade-propadle-stk\/\">propadl\u00e1 STK<\/a> nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/nepojistene-vozidlo\/\">nezaplacen\u00e9 povinn\u00e9 ru\u010den\u00ed<\/a>.
