Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed sedadla, zrc\u00e1tek a op\u011brky hlavy pat\u0159\u00ed k z\u00e1kladn\u00edm bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm prvk\u016fm vozidla a v\u016fbec nejde jen o pohodl\u00ed, ale spr\u00e1vnou funkci v\u0161ech mechanism\u016f p\u0159i nehod\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"proc-na-nastaveni-sedadla-a-operky-tolik-zalezi\">Pro\u010d na nastaven\u00ed sedadla a op\u011brky tolik z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed syst\u00e9my modern\u00edho auta \u2013 p\u00e1sy, airbagy, aktivn\u00ed op\u011brky \u2013 jsou navr\u017eeny pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed polohu pos\u00e1dky. Kdy\u017e sed\u00edte p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 bl\u00edzko volantu, m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1s airbag zranit v\u00edc, ne\u017e v\u00e1s ochr\u00e1n\u00ed. Kdy\u017e sed\u00edte p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 daleko, p\u00e1s v\u00e1s p\u0159i n\u00e1razu dostate\u010dn\u011b nezadr\u017e\u00ed a energii n\u00e1razu p\u0159enese na \u0161patn\u00e1 m\u00edsta. A \u0161patn\u011b nastaven\u00e1 op\u011brka hlavy v\u00e1m p\u0159i zadn\u00edm n\u00e1razu nezabr\u00e1n\u00ed ve zran\u011bn\u00ed kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e, kter\u00e9 naz\u00fdv\u00e1me jako whiplash syndrom.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jak-na-spravne-nastaveni-sedadla\">Jak na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed sedadla?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vzd\u00e1lenost od volantu<\/strong> je prvn\u00ed a nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed parametr. Usa\u010fte se a se\u0161l\u00e1pn\u011bte spojku nebo brzdov\u00fd ped\u00e1l naplno \u2013 koleno by m\u011blo z\u016fstat m\u00edrn\u011b pokr\u010den\u00e9, nikdy ne nata\u017een\u00e9 do roviny. Pokud mus\u00edte natahovat nohu, sed\u00edte p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 daleko a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b n\u00e1razu nedok\u00e1\u017eete spr\u00e1vn\u011b ovl\u00e1dat ped\u00e1ly. Pokud m\u00e1te kolena t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 u volantu, sed\u00edte p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 bl\u00edzko a airbag v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i aktivaci zranit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praktick\u00e9 pravidlo pro vzd\u00e1lenost od volantu: Mezi va\u0161\u00edm hrudn\u00edkem a st\u0159edem volantu by m\u011blo b\u00fdt minim\u00e1ln\u011b <strong>25-30 centimetr\u016f<\/strong>. Posa\u010fte se rovn\u011b a nat\u00e1hn\u011bte pa\u017ei k volantu &#8211; z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed by m\u011blo dos\u00e1hnout na horn\u00ed okraj volantu, ani\u017e byste se museli p\u0159edklonit z op\u011bradla. Pokud se mus\u00edte pro volant nat\u00e1hnout nebo naopak m\u00e1te loket ohnut\u00fd p\u0159es 90 stup\u0148\u016f, vzd\u00e1lenost nen\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sklon op\u011bradla<\/strong> by m\u011bl b\u00fdt t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 svisl\u00fd, ide\u00e1ln\u00ed sklon je kolem 100\u2013110 stup\u0148\u016f. \u0158\u00edzen\u00ed v polole\u017ee vypad\u00e1 sice pohodln\u011b, ale je velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9: p\u00e1s p\u0159i n\u00e1razu nesed\u00ed na kl\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch kostech, ale na krku, a energie n\u00e1razu m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed jinam, ne\u017e bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed syst\u00e9m p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00fd\u0161ka sedadla<\/strong> ovliv\u0148uje v\u00fdhled i spr\u00e1vnou funkci bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edho p\u00e1su. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je, kdy\u017e je v\u00fdhled p\u0159es volant p\u0159irozen\u00fd, bez p\u0159edkl\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed a vytahov\u00e1n\u00ed hlavy. Horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edho p\u00e1su by m\u011bla p\u0159ech\u00e1zet p\u0159es st\u0159ed kl\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed kosti \u2013 ne p\u0159es krk a ne p\u0159es rameno sm\u011brem k podpa\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"operka-hlavy-nejpodcenovanejsi-prvek-bezpecnosti\">Op\u011brka hlavy: Nejpodce\u0148ovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prvek bezpe\u010dnosti&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u011brka hlavy (spr\u00e1vn\u011b \u201eop\u011brka z\u00e1hlav\u00ed&#8221;) neslou\u017e\u00ed jen k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pohodl\u00ed, ale jde o bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed prvek, jeho\u017e \u00fa\u010delem je zabr\u00e1nit whiplash syndromu (poran\u011bn\u00ed kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e) p\u0159i zadn\u00edm n\u00e1razu. P\u0159esto ji spr\u00e1vn\u011b nastav\u00ed jen men\u0161ina \u0159idi\u010d\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka:<\/strong> Horn\u00ed hrana op\u011brky by m\u011bla b\u00fdt ve v\u00fd\u0161ce vrcholu va\u0161\u00ed hlavy, minim\u00e1ln\u011b ve v\u00fd\u0161i st\u0159edu hlavy. Pokud m\u00e1te op\u011brku nastavenou v \u00farovni krku nebo ramen, co\u017e je pom\u011brn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e1 chyba, op\u011brka skute\u010dn\u011b nezabr\u00e1n\u00ed ni\u010demu. P\u0159i n\u00e1razu hlava p\u0159elet\u00ed p\u0159es ni a t\u011blo pokra\u010duje v pohybu dop\u0159edu, zat\u00edmco hlava z\u016fstane pozadu &#8211; tyto pohyby t\u011bla p\u0159i nehod\u011b jsou klasickou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou whiplash syndromu.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 vzd\u00e1lenost:<\/strong> Op\u011brka by m\u011bla b\u00fdt co nejbl\u00ed\u017ee k z\u00e1hlav\u00ed, ide\u00e1ln\u011b ve vzd\u00e1lenosti do 4 centimetr\u016f. \u010c\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenost, t\u00edm v\u00edce prostoru m\u00e1 hlava p\u0159i n\u00e1razu k pohybu, ne\u017e op\u011brka zafunguje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pozor na sklopen\u00e9 op\u011brky.<\/strong> N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di op\u011brky odstra\u0148uj\u00ed nebo sklop\u00ed, aby \u201cm\u011bli lep\u0161\u00ed rozhled dozadu&#8221;. To je velmi \u0161patn\u00fd n\u00e1pad \u2013 bez op\u011brky z\u00e1hlav\u00ed nem\u00e1 hlava p\u0159i n\u00e1razu \u017e\u00e1dnou oporu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"co-je-whiplash-a-proc-je-tak-zakerny\">Co je whiplash a pro\u010d je tak z\u00e1ke\u0159n\u00fd?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Whiplash (\u010desky \u201e\u0161lehnut\u00ed bi\u010dem&#8221;) vznik\u00e1 p\u0159i rychl\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b pohybu hlavy, nej\u010dast\u011bji p\u0159i zadn\u00edm n\u00e1razu. Hlava p\u0159i n\u00e1razu nejprve prudce vyst\u0159el\u00ed jedn\u00edm sm\u011brem a pak se \u0161vihem vr\u00e1t\u00ed zp\u011bt, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159 a svaly jsou vystaveny sil\u00e1m, na kter\u00e9 nejsou stav\u011bn\u00e9 &#8211; tedy alespo\u0148 za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee netr\u00e9nujete sv\u016fj krk jako jezdci Formule 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zr\u00e1dn\u00e9 na whiplash syndromu je nejen to, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edznaky jako bolest, ztuhlost nebo z\u00e1vrat\u011b se mohou za\u010d\u00edt oz\u00fdvat a\u017e za n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 fakt, \u017ee l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed nemus\u00ed prob\u011bhnout bez komplikac\u00ed a doj\u00edt m\u016f\u017ee i k \u0159ad\u011b neurologick\u00fdch trval\u00fdch n\u00e1sledk\u016f.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nastaveni-zrcatek-jak-eliminovat-mrtvy-uhel\">Nastaven\u00ed zrc\u00e1tek: Jak eliminovat mrtv\u00fd \u00fahel?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zrc\u00e1tka p\u0159\u00edmo nesouvis\u00ed s ochranou t\u011bla p\u0159i n\u00e1razu, ale spr\u00e1vn\u011b nastaven\u00e1 zrc\u00e1tka nehod\u00e1m p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00ed. P\u0159esto je spousta \u0159idi\u010d\u016f nastavuje tak, aby v nich vid\u011bli hlavn\u011b bok vlastn\u00edho auta, co\u017e je nejen zcela zbyte\u010dn\u00e9, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 takov\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed zmen\u0161uje va\u0161e zorn\u00e9 pole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bo\u010dn\u00ed zrc\u00e1tka<\/strong> by m\u011bla b\u00fdt nastaven\u00e1 tak, aby byl bok auta vid\u011bt jen v \u00fazk\u00e9m pruhu p\u0159i vnit\u0159n\u00edm okraji zrc\u00e1tka \u2013 asi na 10\u201315 % jeho plochy. Zbytek plochy by m\u011bl zachycovat prostor vedle a za vozidlem. Takov\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed maximalizuje zorn\u00e9 pole a minimalizuje mrtv\u00fd \u00fahel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vnit\u0159n\u00ed zrc\u00e1tko<\/strong> nastavte tak, aby cel\u00fd zadn\u00ed okraj vozidla byl v doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti zrc\u00e1tka a vy jste m\u011bli co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhled na vozovku za v\u00e1mi. P\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b v noci vyu\u017eijte no\u010dn\u00ed polohu (sklopen\u00ed zrc\u00e1tka), kter\u00e1 tlum\u00ed osln\u011bn\u00ed od sv\u011btel jedouc\u00edch za v\u00e1mi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Myslete na to, \u017ee nebezpe\u010d\u00ed mrtv\u00e9ho \u00fahlu zcela nedok\u00e1\u017eete eliminovat ani ide\u00e1ln\u011b nastaven\u00fdmi zrc\u00e1tky. P\u0159ed zm\u011bnou pruhu nebo p\u0159i odbo\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u017edy oto\u010dte hlavu a zkontrolujte prostor, kter\u00fd zrc\u00e1tka nepokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na prostor t\u011bsn\u011b za lev\u00fdm a prav\u00fdm sloupkem karoserie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ma-nastaveni-sedadel-a-operek-vliv-na-vase-pojisteni\">M\u00e1 nastaven\u00ed sedadla a op\u011brky vliv na va\u0161e poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edm\u00fd vliv na pojistn\u00e9 pln\u011bn\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed sedadla a op\u011brky nem\u00e1, poji\u0161\u0165ovny toto p\u0159i \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed nehody nehodnot\u00ed a kv\u016fli t\u011bmto faktor\u016fm tedy pln\u011bn\u00ed nesn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, a to jak v r\u00e1mci n\u00e1hrady \u00fajmy na zdrav\u00ed z <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/povinne-ruceni\/\">povinn\u00e9ho ru\u010den\u00ed<\/a> p\u0159i nezavin\u011bn\u00e9 nehod\u011b, tak i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b n\u00e1roku na pln\u011bn\u00ed z jin\u00fdch poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Va\u0161e vlastn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed \u2013 zlomenina, whiplash, trval\u00e9 poran\u011bn\u00ed kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e \u2013 va\u0161e vlastn\u00ed povinn\u00e9 ru\u010den\u00ed nekryje. Z povinn\u00e9ho ru\u010den\u00ed jin\u00e9ho \u0159idi\u010de pak dostanete od\u0161kodn\u011bn\u00ed jen v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee nehoda byla nezavin\u011bn\u00e1. Pro p\u0159\u00edpad \u00faraz\u016f jak v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b, tak i v aut\u011b, se ale m\u016f\u017eete chr\u00e1nit \u00farazov\u00fdm poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak u\u017e jsme popsali v \u010dl\u00e1nku<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/urazove-pojisteni-pro-ridice\/\"> \u00darazov\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pro \u0159idi\u010de<\/a>, nab\u00edz\u00ed se v\u00e1m dv\u011b mo\u017enosti, jak se pojistit pro p\u0159\u00edpad zran\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159i nehod\u011b:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00darazov\u00e9 p\u0159ipoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed k <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/povinne-ruceni\/\"><strong>povinn\u00e9mu ru\u010den\u00ed<\/strong><\/a> kryje nejz\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rizika, jako je smrt, invalidita a trval\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky \u00farazu p\u0159i dopravn\u00ed nehod\u011b. U n\u011bkter\u00fdch poji\u0161\u0165oven ho dostanete zdarma nebo za symbolick\u00e9 pojistn\u00e9 v \u0159\u00e1du korun a\u017e stokorun ro\u010dn\u011b, nev\u00fdhodou je ale omezen\u00e9 kryt\u00ed a n\u00edzk\u00e9 pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Samostatn\u00e9 \u00farazov\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> chr\u00e1n\u00ed komplexn\u011bji a plat\u00ed pro v\u0161echny \u00farazy, nejen ty p\u0159i nehod\u011b. Zahrnuje trval\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky, denn\u00ed od\u0161kodn\u00e9 za dobu l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed i poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed hospitalizace.
