Poj\u010fme se na rizika pod\u00edvat do detailu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"uraz-elektrickym-proudem-co-hrozi-a-kde-je-riziko-nejvyssi\">\u00daraz elektrick\u00fdm proudem: Co hroz\u00ed a kde je riziko nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elektrick\u00fd proud m\u016f\u017ee zas\u00e1hnout nejen k\u016f\u017ei v m\u00edst\u011b kontaktu, ale po\u0161kodit i nervovou soustavu a srdce. P\u0159i t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch \u00farazech m\u016f\u017ee v d\u016fsledku rozpadu kostern\u00ed svaloviny doj\u00edt tak\u00e9 k po\u0161kozen\u00ed ledvin. Jak z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 poran\u011bn\u00ed proud zp\u016fsob\u00ed, z\u00e1vis\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na velikosti proudu, elektrick\u00e9m nap\u011bt\u00ed a dob\u011b jeho p\u016fsoben\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zhruba 80 % v\u0161ech \u00faraz\u016f elektrick\u00fdm proudem zp\u016fsob\u00ed proud pod n\u00edzk\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm <strong>do 1000 V<\/strong>, z nich\u017e je smrteln\u00fdch 3 a\u017e 5 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f. <strong>Vysok\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed nad 1000 V <\/strong>sice zp\u016fsobuje m\u00e9n\u011b \u00faraz\u016f, ale a\u017e 30 % z nich je smrteln\u00fdch. Kde a jak k t\u011bmto \u00faraz\u016fm doch\u00e1z\u00ed?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"uraz-proudem-pod-nizkym-napetim\">\u00daraz proudem pod n\u00edzk\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S n\u00edzk\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm <\/strong>se b\u011b\u017en\u011b setk\u00e1te v dom\u00e1c\u00edch rozvodech, nej\u010dast\u011bji v hodnot\u00e1ch 230 V, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b 400 V. P\u0159i kontaktu s t\u011blem proud \u010dasto vyvol\u00e1 k\u0159e\u010dovit\u00e9 sta\u017een\u00ed svalu, tak\u017ee se posti\u017een\u00fd nedok\u00e1\u017ee od zdroje s\u00e1m odtrhnout. Hlavn\u00edm rizikem jsou zde poruchy srde\u010dn\u00edho rytmu a po\u0161kozen\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edch tk\u00e1n\u00ed, vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pop\u00e1leniny p\u0159itom nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt n\u00e1padn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"uraz-proudem-pod-vysokym-napetim\">\u00daraz proudem pod vysok\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Proud pod<strong> vysok\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm<\/strong> zpravidla nezp\u016fsobuje \u00farazy v ka\u017edodenn\u00edch situac\u00edch a p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed zde p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pracovn\u00ed \u00farazy &#8211; pozor si na n\u011bj mus\u00ed d\u00e1t zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b elektrik\u00e1\u0159i se specializac\u00ed na silnoproud. Pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u201csmrteln\u00edky\u201d je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b rizikov\u00fd kontakt nap\u0159. s trafostanic\u00ed, spadl\u00fdm dr\u00e1tem elektrick\u00e9ho veden\u00ed a kone\u010dn\u011b i on\u00edm nechvaln\u011b proslul\u00fdm trak\u010dn\u00edm veden\u00edm na \u017eeleznici.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00darazy zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 proudem pod vysok\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm bohu\u017eel zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 t\u011blesn\u00e1 po\u0161kozen\u00ed, nap\u0159. hlubok\u00e9 pop\u00e1leniny, po\u0161kozen\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u00ed (nap\u0159. rozpad svaloviny) a\u017e z\u00e1stavu srdce. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b nebezpe\u010d\u00ed nespo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 jen v p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m kontaktu s proudem, devastuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i nep\u0159\u00edm\u00fd z\u00e1sah tzv. <strong>elektrick\u00fdm obloukem<\/strong>. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee proud m\u016f\u017ee ze zdroje (nap\u0159. spadl\u00e9ho dr\u00e1tu vysok\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed) p\u0159esko\u010dit na v\u00e1s, a to i na vzd\u00e1lenost n\u011bkolika metr\u016f. U veden\u00ed velmi vysok\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee elektrick\u00fd oblouk dos\u00e1hnout vzd\u00e1lenosti a\u017e 20 metr\u016f.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U po\u0161kozen\u00e9ho veden\u00ed spadl\u00e9ho na zem nav\u00edc hroz\u00ed tzv. <strong>krokov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed<\/strong>: v m\u00edst\u011b dopadu a jeho okol\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159i toku proudu do zem\u011b r\u016fzn\u00fd elektrick\u00fd potenci\u00e1l. \u010c\u00edm bl\u00ed\u017ee zdroji jste, t\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed bude rozd\u00edl elektrick\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu mezi jednou a druhou nohou. Tedy pokud ud\u011bl\u00e1te \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed krok, m\u016f\u017ee proud proj\u00edt jednou nohou a vyj\u00edt druhou. Z m\u00edsta se proto vzdalujte drobn\u00fdmi kr\u016f\u010dky s nohama u sebe, nikdy ne b\u011bhem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podobn\u00fd fenom\u00e9n m\u016f\u017eeme pozorovat i u budov v m\u00edst\u011b uzemn\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159i z\u00e1sahu blesku do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/kdy-musite-mit-na-dome-hromosvod-a-na-jake-dalsi-povinnosti-davat-pozor\/\">hromosvodu<\/a> i obecn\u011b v m\u00edst\u011b \u00faderu blesku nap\u0159\u00edklad do stromu. Pot\u00e9, co p\u0159\u00edvod proudu ustane, se ov\u0161em potenci\u00e1ly ve zlomku sekundy srovnaj\u00ed. Samostatnou kategori\u00ed jsou pak \u00farazy zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rixo.cz\/blog\/uder-blesku-do-cloveka-je-raritou-ale-deje-se-jak-se-chranit\/\">\u00faderem blesku<\/a>, kde nap\u011bt\u00ed dosahuje hodnot v \u0159\u00e1du stovek megavolt\u016f.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vysok\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed samo o sob\u011b ale hned nemus\u00ed znamenat smrteln\u00e9 nebezpe\u010d\u00ed. T\u0159eba takov\u00fd elektrick\u00fd ohradn\u00edk v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b \u201ckopnout\u201d, nejde ale o nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1sah. Ohradn\u00edky pracuj\u00ed s vysok\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm (3-10 kV), ale velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi impulzy s omezenou energi\u00ed, tak\u017ee nezp\u016fsobuj\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 poran\u011bn\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159at\u016fm, d\u011btem ani dosp\u011bl\u00fdm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jak-nebezpecny-je-stridavy-vs-stejnosmerny-proud\">Jak nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd je st\u0159\u00eddav\u00fd vs. stejnosm\u011brn\u00fd proud?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>St\u0159\u00eddav\u00fd (AC) proud <\/strong>neust\u00e1le m\u011bn\u00ed sm\u011br, co\u017e dr\u00e1\u017ed\u00ed svaly opakovan\u011b a vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 jejich stahy. Proto se \u010dlov\u011bk zasa\u017een\u00fd st\u0159\u00eddav\u00fdm proudem \u010dasto nedok\u00e1\u017ee s\u00e1m &#8220;odpoutat&#8221; od zdroje. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 s\u00edti se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 kmito\u010det 50 Hz a srdce je nejcitliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b na frekvenci 50-60 Hz, je zde i riziko fibrilace komor a z\u00e1stavy srdce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stejnosm\u011brn\u00fd (DC) proud<\/strong> naproti tomu obvykle vyvol\u00e1 jednor\u00e1zov\u00fd svalov\u00fd z\u00e1\u0161kub, kter\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bka od zdroje sp\u00ed\u0161e odmr\u0161t\u00ed pry\u010d. To sice zn\u00ed jako v\u00fdhoda, ale p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed to riziko p\u00e1du a v\u00fdsledkem b\u00fdv\u00e1 tak\u00e9 druhotn\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed. Elektrick\u00fd proud m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit skryt\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed org\u00e1n\u016f a poruchy srde\u010dn\u00edho rytmu, kter\u00e9 se projev\u00ed a\u017e s odstupem hodin. P\u0159i v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1sahu proudem, zejm\u00e9na pod vysok\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k hospitalizaci pacienta v pop\u00e1leninov\u00e9m centru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e9\u010dba pop\u00e1lenin a po\u00farazov\u00e1 rehabilitace u z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f trvaj\u00ed t\u00fddny a\u017e m\u011bs\u00edce, u t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch \u00faraz\u016f se l\u00e9\u010dba t\u00e1hne i \u0159adu let a nez\u0159\u00eddka kon\u010d\u00ed trval\u00fdmi n\u00e1sledky.
